With no one in the drive-through no one in the restaurant !! I ordered the grilled chicken rice bowl and they told me to pull up and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting! Absolutely unacceptable!! I will never come back here!

The last two times I’ve been here I’m been very disappointed. It seems like the food has gone down hill. Way less flavor. Today I waited over 15 mins for a simple 2 person order. Fries and chicken sandwich was hard. Buffalo Mac and cheese is a joke. One small scoop and a side of buffalo sauce for $3. My 4 piece supremes only had 3. They did give me 2 extra when I brought it up. Older lady taking orders is sweet. I kinda feel bad for her having to deal with such a bad team. I’ll be contacting corporate. Do better. I won’t be returning.

Walked in at 7 am with a group of 8 men. We stood in the line for several minutes. There was no acknowledgement of our existence. There were two customers in the whole place. We decided to leave and go to Jack’s. As we were leaving the building, an employee, maybe the manager was sitting in their car, she was polite and asked why we were leaving. We explained we never got served or even greeted. She apologized. No doubt she was supposed to be working the counter, lol. As we left she got back in her car and continued her phone conversation. It’s not a huge deal, Jack’s is just down the road.

One of my favorites here in Pell city. Love their breakfast and most definitely love their regular food. Had the chicken club sandwich and it was awesome. But those seasoned fries are the best. And like usual, the staff is very attentive and friendly!

I visited this location on Friday 10-31-25 at 11:09 am . There was no fried chicken ready they told me it wouldn’t be long . I waited over 40 minutes then I walked up to the counter and politely asked how much longer for the chicken and a working standing in the back hollered out across the almost empty restaurant, ” he acting like he is starving, it will be ready when it’s ready “. As the other table just decided to leave as if they were blatantly robbed at the cost of there chicken . I would not recommend this restaurant for service , and service alone .
