I was in Denver visiting family and had to stop for lunch. I love the subs at this shop anyhow, but what I was NOT expecting such a delightful interaction with the GM and one of her employees.
I had ordered my sandwich, only to find out it was made incorrectly. I brought it back up to the counter and asked if a new one could be made. The GM lady was such a gem! She not only made my order that way I wished, but let me keep the mistake sandwich at no charge. They even gave me some extra pickles with the correct sandwich.
When I approached the counter about my sandwich, I was nervous that the staff might be rude, but both of them were wonderful for sure! Such a joy and fresh change of pace in today’s world.

Ordered a 4 inch Thanksgiving sandwich with no mayo and extra turkey. Sadly I got gross mayo and no extra meat, $1.25 extra for nothing! Granddaughter’s 8 inch Engineer sandwich was missing oil and vinegar. I had to greet the employees, because they didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence when I entered the store.
Customer service should be first priority, second priority is going all orders to go as ordered.

Love the food and service, the atmosphere is fantastic, they are kind and always in a good mood, answered all my question and the food turned out just like I wanted and was super friendly in every way I would expect at any other place I would eat at 10/10 recommend and thank you James and the 2 other people working with him on 12/28/25 around noon thank you for the wonderful service

The girl at the register today 11/9/25 at 1pm, should not be responsible for “greeting” nor “interacting” with the guests right now. Perhaps she’s having a rough day/time? Avoided all eye contact, not a hint of a smile, obviously did not want to be there. Completely disengaged when trying to communicate.

Completely ignores drivers ! Do not come here if you are an uber/ DoorDash driiver, staff will completely ignore you for 30-40 minutes, as drivers we represent your customers that ordered food from your restaurant.

Ordered 2 subs that indicated they came with cheese. There was no cheese on either. Each sub was also missing 2 different ingredients I requested. The sub as it was tasted very bland. Can’t say that I would order from here again. Order was missing a bag of chips as well.

Super fresh bread. Huge sandwich selection. Every sandwich I’ve tried has been great. The one on the pic is the firehouse hero and it’s a nice sweeter twist on a sandwich (honey sauce) that it surprisingly pulls off very tastefully. Very generous with the ingredients as well.

Ordered two sandwiches through grub hub cost me about 57$ all together, there where no pickles and neither sandwich was made correctly. 100% will not be reordering from this joke of a location its absurd I paid so much for such mediocre work.
