It’s like these chicken restaurants are worried more about their food cost than their customers. Before I ordered I asked if they had any fresh hot chicken. The answer was yes. Everything went well. Got my chicken and headed home. Picked up the chicken and got oily fingers right off the bat. Took a bite and not only did I get a mouthful of oil the chicken tasted burnt and mediocre warm. I put that one aside and tried another. Same experience except No burnt taste. Honestly if I was a betting man I would say the fried the chicken twice. I love fried chicken just can’t seem to get fresh fried unless I get there when they open or by luck. I ordered a side of wedges they weren’t to bad. Gave them a two because the wedges were ok

What’s the point of being able to order off the app if I have to come inside to get it? All the other apps I order from are not like that! They have curbside or drive thru option. The wedges were awful. Hard & not fresh. I think the ranch dipping sauce could have made the wedges taste better but they didn’t put it in my order as requested. Chicken was good.

Got to kfc at about 12:45pm order 12-piece family meal. You got your drive-thru paid for my meal. Had to wait for the food to get reheated or whatever. Finally got my food. The chicken was overcooked. The sides were reheated the anything that were done was the biscuits?

The employee who took my order, Brittany, is very rude. There was a long line of customers when I walked in and she finally helped them. Some of them had been standing for 20 minutes or longer. She took their orders hastily with a clear look of anger on her face. She started screaming at a male coworker making food, who started screaming back. Her and that coworker started shouting profanities about other coworkers that didn’t seem to be present calling them names. The male coworker also shouted profanities at Brittany, who yelled back. Brittany also screamed out all of the new orders and kept repeating them saying she needed them now. She got one customer’s famous bowl and just yelled “Famous Bowl!” She slammed the bag down on the counter. The food was okay, but they forgot to leave off the pickle on the chicken little as requested and the famous bowl seemed to have been made in a rush. It was just thrown together and not layered like normal. There were about 7 other people in the lobby eating that all looked uncomfortable because of the employees fighting each other. A woman ordered some chicken for her family and Brittany said loudly before handing her the order that “it was dark chicken but hopefully she doesn’t care about it.” There was one woman who ordered two pieces of chicken and a biscuit and was told with an attitude it would be about 20 minutes. After about a half hour of sitting, her order was still not done and she got frustrated and got a refund.

For the first time EVER I had to scream at a .manager for not refunding my money when he accidentally gave me a spicy sandwich instead of the crispy I ordered he looked me in my face and told me I lied I ordered a spicy and thennn while I wait for new sandwich I asked him to replace the cold potato wedges that went with the sandwich and he yelled at me he wasn’t going to replace my food and he was NOT giving me my money back!!! I then sent my daughter out to the car to retrieve the rest of my drive thru order to just return everything and he would NOT give me my money or food ALL WHILE a big boss is sitting in the dining room (mind u that heard all the commotion and never lifted her head to try and help the situation) I walked around to speak to her and her first words were I wasn’t being very professional! I AM HORRIFIED at the service that was given and I’m MORE HORRIFIED I had to behave in a manner I’m not proud of but I wasn’t leaving without my 40.00!!! I WONT 3VER RETURN!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING TO THIS JOKE OF A PLACE!

I ate in and the tables were clean and there was plenty of room. They need to fix the backdoor so it doesn’t open randomly on windy days, but apart from that it was great.
Overall a great KFC restaurant, will definitely go there again for lunch.
