Drive-through was horrible, they had to ask me multiple times to repeat my order, I speak perfect English. They triple charged my debit card and my gift card balance was used as well but did not go towards my bill. Gift card showed zero after this as well. I got a statement from my bank, brought it in, the manager behind the counter said it I was charged in error and his manager/owner also said I was owed money back. They still refused to issue me a refund. I would strongly advise not to visit at this location.

We love our Ellijay Zaxby’s! They almost always have a 100% health rating. If they don’t get your order right they will fix it! Excellent food and Zalads. Be sure to ask for a free senior drink!

I ordered chicken fingers, fries, slaw and sweet tea. The meal was freshly cooked and soo good. The chicken was juicy and not over breaded. The fries and the slaw were perfect. The sweet tea was excellent, it was sweet without the bitter after taste.

Went to this place after work and i was extremely impressed!!! Food came out the second i reached the drive through window and the young lady working there didn’t forget a single thing and put extra napkins,forks,etc in the bag and was very polite! Food was absolutely delicious and it’s actually extremely cheap! Would highly recommend.
