I ordered a cheese pizza with no cheese it was burnt. the black lady manager was very nasty when I asked her to remake my pizza. She said that it would come out the same way so its no point in a remake. Very loud music could not even hear myself think. I never had this service from this Papa John’s! I will not be going back.

They got our order wrong, leaving off several toppings that were part of the base Pizza.
Barely enough cheese to cover the pizza and in many places there was none.
They leave a ring of crust around the outside so deep that you miss out on a lot of toppings so a large is more like a small.
Tried to call, but made the mistake of pushing five for the manager and kept getting put back on hold numerous times.
Never again.

Pizza came wrong. Showed the delivery driver. He did nothing just said to call the store. Called the store. Person acted like we were wrong and ended up hanging up on my wife. I called back to find out what was wrong and got the same hang up… not sure what I did wrong trying to order a pizza. Don’t waste your time here. Did speak to the manager after. She seemed helpful but to little too late.

I ordered delivery and it took 2 hours to be delivered. Using the tracker, it shows it was out of the oven within 25 minutes. When I finally got the cold congealed mess they made me come outside to get from their car, the toppings were all wrong. And I can’t even get a refund because nobody will answer the phone!! I’ve been on hold 20 minutes.

Go to hopewell don’t waste your time at petersburg. The first time they lost one of my pizza for pickup. How do you loose 1 of 4 pizzas. Tonight I gave them another try. I ordered 4 pizza on the app for pickup. Low and behold the app said pizza is ready. I walk in and they say waiting on last one. She made it as I waited while the other 3 sat on the shelf. I counted 8 pizzas come out the oven while I waited. The question again how do you loose 1 of 4 pizzas when the tickets print out and you put the sticker on the box. 3 of them were made 45 minutes earlier. why wasnt the last one made also? This happened to me both times going to this store. Nothing but a sorry we are making it now.
