This Wendy’s is consistently awful. No matter what time of day orders (even with a mobile order) take up to 30 minutes to get ready. The staff is always rude and the food is often the wrong items or straight up cold.

The worst experience ever with a Wendy’s. 12 minutes to order and 7 minutes for the food. I ordered a double combo, large Diet Dr. Pepper and a four piece chicken nugget. I got two double patties a cheese on a stale bun; nothing else, nothing, NOTHING!!! Cold nuggets that were hard as stones. But the fry was hot and fresh. It was 10:00 pm and it was a long drive home on this nasty food. I love Wendy’s, but this one is the pits!!!

The atmosphere is okay here. The food is okay. When I went to pay this time. The manager tells me that I have to pay with exact change or I have to pay with card. I wanted to pay cash. So thankfully I had exact change. Cash used to be King. Not anymore they are trying to phase it out everywhere it seems.

Insane prices for low-quality food. No care at all went into preparing the food. The dining room is like a hospital cafeteria.
We were there somewhat late, after my son’s baseball game. But for the prices they charge, the food was hideous. The cheese wasn’t even melted on an $8 sandwich.
If you can’t put any effort into your food after 7pm, you should just close for the day, rather than stick it to the few customers that do come in.

I rarely go here. Truthfully, I only time I visit is when I have free frosty coupons for my kids. With that being said, every single time I’m here the line doesn’t move. The wait is out of proportion to most drive thru fast food places. Don’t waste your time. I won’t be returning to this location. The free frosty is not worth my time waiting in line for 30 mins! Save yourself the hassle and go to another location

The apples in the kids meal were turning brown. I tried the parmesan chicken salad for the very first time. It did look good, but there was just lettuce, 4 little tomatoes, and a few cheese slivers. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I thought there would be a little something more to the salad. I was pleased that it was fresh lettuce, though.

Not a bad Wendy’s experience for me. Staff was all friendly and polite. Parking lot and drive thru were clean and was actually being clean more as I was there. The order was all given to me correctly and in a timely manner. I saw other reviews that complained of those issues but I did not experience them on the visit

Manager on duty Tuesday night at 7:19 went through the drive-thru missing one of our medium drinks walked in to get the missing drink and the food manager on duty rolled her eyes and had a problem with how much food I ordered for having six orders and six drinks was very rude and then pretty much through the drinks at me and the money at me did not give me time to get myself situated with anything very highly disrespectful

What else can I say but it’s perfect. I pulled in today though I was hesitant, there was a mob of cars on both sides of the building. Anywhere I parked the car went in and was out in less than 10 minutes. As far as the quality of the food what can I say, it’s always the same way and it’s perfect for me…
