The staff should be embarrassed. I used to go to this Taco Bell all the time, but now I go very little. Yet, every time I do go, there is something wrong with my order. Missing items, missing additions to my food (that you have to pay extra to get), missing sauces. Last night is 100% the last time we go to this location. We had to pay for a couple sauces (which is fine, they were the ones that come in the little plastic cups) but when I received them they were both less than a third full. The time before that both of my sauces that I had as substitutes were missing and the add ons to my food were missing as well. When I brought it in to get it fixed the girl behind the counter gave me the side eye and ignored me until the manager guy came to the counter. While he was trying to fix it, I could hear her in the back saying that nothing was wrong. Absolute crap service, I’m surprised this place is still around with how terrible it has gotten. If you want fast food, just go to the McDonald’s that’s in the connected parking lot. Much kinder staff and, while I have had a few mix ups, it has always been an easy fix and they’re respectful.

Second time my order was wrong. I clearly asked for a vegetarian bowl but received chicken. When I returned, the staff member behaved as if she was giving me food for free instead of correcting their mistake. No apology, just poor attitude. Pathetic service. After seeing similar reviews, it seems this is a common issue. Very disappointed and will not return.

This is the nearest Taco Bell. We did take the kids out for lunch, had ordered a steak burrito, a beef burrito, a Mexican pizza , a set of 12 tacos and the cheesy potato fiesta. The food was ok, the best to me was the Mexican pizza and the steak burrito. The Doritos taco loco was an amusement for the kids and they did like it. The service was very slow and seemed confusing. The cleanliness could be better. Overall a ‘ might visit again’ place.

Ordered this past Monday. I honestly thought that this location being in a “nicer” area what have higher standards. It was a fairly large order so checking it all before I got home would have been hard. They left out my chips and nachos, one of my cinnamon twists, grilled chicken burrito prepared incorrectly, the burrito supreme was smaller than the value menu chicken burritos. The Mexican pizza was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen come out of Taco Bel , half of it had so insides , I got the new burrito with cheeses toasted to it and they forgot the jalapeño and the bell grande was half the size it should have been, but they did made sure to give me about 87 sauce packs when I requested 8.

What in the world has happened to Taco Bell or this location anyway? That was the worst taco and burrito supreme I’ve ever had. Little to no substance, the burrito was mostly liquid no meat. The taco had about a tablespoon of meat, broken shell and three pieces of lettuce, just all of it gross. I threw it away.

I don’t know what is going on with these local Taco Bells. We ordered our food, drove up, and paid. Guy hands us our cc back and then immediately hands us our order. We were amazed because oh wow that was so fast.
Y’all he handed us somebody’s Door Dash order. Not even close to our order. We didn’t check it because with how everything is wrapped up we usually just can’t check quickly enough. Our bad for missing the sticker I guess?
The worst part is that the order handed to us was worth much less than what we paid for our real order.
