Short version: don’t go if you expect fast food being fast and want to be treated with kindness and respect.
I usually wouldn’t rate fast food experiences but this one was so below any fast food experience I have ever encountered… So heads up. The food was as expected. If you’re into that you should be fine. The employees were nice. But the manager? Total catastrophy! We sat in the kids section and everyone had to wait a long time on their fast food. Eventually everyone ate and my boyfriend still hadn’t gotten his order. So he finally got up and asked. The manager smart mouthed him saying, oh the order number we’ve been calling out? Mind, we are in a separate room with the kids. He then tells her he never heard anyone call his number to which she replied of course you didn’t and gave him a look up and down. Absolutely unprofessional. Had to eat his now cold fast food.

The food is exactly what’s expected at a fast food place. However, it’s clean and the staff is very nice as well as prompt. I will usually ALWAYS pick Burger King instead of McDonald’s or other fast food. So, when the notion strikes and I’m in the Paducah area it’s usually always choose Burger King. My food delivered to my table very quickly… And the bathrooms were clean…

Wanted to try the croissant and get the whopper. I was pleasantly surprised with the croissant. Big fan of the egg on the sandwich. It didnt taste like wet dog like some restaurants. IYKYK. the whopper was good as always. I can never fully decide between that and the original chicken. Both go great dipped in the zesty sauce! But the MOST IMPORTANT PART IS the costumer service. Those workers are always so great EVERY TIME! They all deserve raises IMHO.

Went through drive thru on 1/8 around 5:11 pm. Ordered a King kids meal which featured a photo with cookie on the drive thru menu. I went back through the line when I saw that the cookie had not been included. The young guy working the window was very rude and told me i didn’t tell him I wanted a cookie and the meal comes with a toy or cookie. I said “ well shouldn’t you ask” and he proceeded to continue arguing saying I should specify. If I see a photo on menu, I assume that’s what I’m ordering. The rudeness was unnecessary. He told me he could trade it if the toy was unopened, as if I opened the toy and played with it in 3 minutes it took me to get back thru. He never asked what I wanted to drink and just had attitude. Not a very good person to be working a drive thru. He could certainly learn some manners

Good place for a burger meal under $10. I recommend the Onion Rings with Zesty sauce. For fans of the movie Small Soldiers, you can still taste the nostalgia with the Rodeo Burger.

I went there today and ordered French toast stick. Got told to pull up even though there wasn’t anyone behind us. A worker wAs sweeping the lot and was acting like he was on drugs. Then I got my food and it wasn’t French toast it was a sandwich with double the meat on it. Idk if they even sell that. Anyways horrible experience
