I get my food to go because it’s pretty late and I had just gotten off of work. I order the meatball sub which I love to order whenever I frequent an Italian restaurant. As I’m enjoying the sandwich I look down and I see a piece of foil. The sandwich was pretty good but the shiny foil kind of spoiled the meal for me. I’m giving it a 3 star because at the end of the day I still enjoyed my meal up until that point.

Had an amazing dinner at Zeppelin Pizza with my family and girlfriend. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely welcoming. They stayed on top of everything—kept us informed about the status of our food and drinks, noticed when our glasses were low, and just made sure we felt taken care of the entire time.
The real standout, though, was how they handled a couple of hiccups. My pizza was taking longer than expected, so without even being asked, they brought out a free appetizer for the whole table to enjoy while we waited. On top of that, my mom had asked for extra mozzarella on her pizza, but it came out without it. Instead of just adding cheese or brushing it off, they let us keep the original pizza and made a brand new one, completely free of charge.
It’s rare to see that level of care, professionalism, and generosity all in one place. Zeppelin Pizza really nailed it—both the food and the service. Can’t wait to come back.

We love Zeppelin! Great night out with the family! And also efficient and convenient delivery too! Tonight I went with my husband and kids and had a lovely time! Our server Aspen was so sweet and very attentive! She made our night!

Had a group of 16 there tonight for dinner and trivia. Food was good. Waitress was great!
Trivia was very hard to hear. Wish that part was better.
First time ordering from here. What a disappointment. The 2 stars are just for the 1 pizza Margherita. The “White Caps” Speciality was horrible. Overcooked, dried and no ricotta cheese or 3 different mushrooms. Certainly wasn’t worth what I paid. My daughter ate 2 slices and was done. She agreed- bad.

This place is way too inconsistent. Sometimes they’re really good, but too often we get a sad, undercooked pizza with hardly any topping. We called today to give them one more shot and ordered a bacon pizza well-done, pasta with vodka sauce, a small salad, and a 2 liter of pepsi. Not sure if they purposely undercooked it out of spite of us asking for it “well-done”, but the dough was literally raw in some spots. Hardly any bacon. Some slices had maybe a small bite of bacon on it. Shockingly, the bites that did have bacon were still decently tasty. But the rest wasn’t good at all. The vodka sauce tasted like nothing. Not bad, just no flavor really at all. For $55, I’d expect them to not be so stingy with the toppings and to actually cook the pizza. Oh, and to top it off, they use an online ordering service that charges the customer a fee. Not sure when that became the standard. Either pay for your own website, or pay for your own service. Why am I paying for a service the restaurant is using to save money??? Most likely the last time we get pizza here.
