I ordered a pizza online for my birthday with some coupon. I used it and ordered it for pick up. I went there and they acted like I was crazy asking for that, was told to pay full price, had to wait 30ish minutes, when leaving heard the cook bring up the pickup order, and he helped get it sorted out.
The fact the guy at the register didn’t even bother to ask or look backwards is absurd.
Their food still tastes good though.

I didn’t order 2 desserts but decided to keep them since they were already put on the order. Only to see that I was given what they wanted to give me. I was supposed to have a brownie and gooie butter cake..got two gooie butter cakes. So I wasn’t listened to or given the correct items, thanks but no thanks

As a girlie whose moved away from STL imos is a staple and a must order when you come back. Ordered a whole bacon pizza (best topping IYKYK) to myself and the delivery guy delivered it straight to my room still warm in the box. Always worth the wait and this hit the spot

I placed an online order, super simple and easy to use. However, it took an extra 30 minutes to get the pizza. They seemed busy and had great customer service but was bummed because I went to grab the pizza while my clothes were washing. I cannot lie worth the wait but cannot depend that the timer online is accurate would like to see a resolution to this.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! Came from Kentucky for a lacrosse tournament. Heard from a friend that we needed to stop by. Everything from the pizza, garlic cheese bread, and pasta was amazing. The staff was wonderful. We loved it so much that we came back 2 days in a row for the lunch special. A must try!

I called today to place an order for myself and my coworkers. It was a long order and I still had to get clarity from my coworkers during the call. James was very patient, kind, and funny. He has a great spirit and is super professional. Please give him a raise. Great workers deserve to have great pay. Better yet, PROMOTE him. A young man who is able to be professional, kind, understanding, and patient when a customer is kind of making their jobs harder deserve to be shown appreciation. I always eat from this location and I never had a problem but today it was really disappointing I looked passed how the crispy chicken was looking but what got me is the fact that #1 ranch was watered down and than the 1st cup of ranch I grabbed to pour in my food it was a piece of hair in smh I really wanted that salad and is at work not hungry guess I’ll be only eating the cheese bread and cinnamon bite which was good
