Fantastic airport dining experience!
We were honestly impressed by this sushi and soup place at Cancun Airport. The service was amazing — super friendly and fast. Everything was freshly cooked to order, and the flavors were spot on.
The soup was comforting, the Cancun sushi was outstanding, and that special mango sauce really took it to the next level — a total cherry on top! Even the Japanese cake was a pleasant surprise — light and delicious.

The food is acceptable but nothing extraordinary; the service feels rushed, and the prices are extremely high. For example, ordering a Patron margarita without checking the drinks menu online can be costly, as there might be hidden charges. Be cautious, as recent reports indicate scams in foodservice establishments where you are charged for minor requests. Overall, we are disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to eat here again.

Sorry peeps but this place is an absolute ripoff. Literally $140 USD for a lunch for 1 person. They charged me $10 for a bottled water when I asked for a coke and they said they would also bring some water. Avoid this place. Decent sushi but not at this ridiculous price. Literally a $45 meal. Wake up management!

Way too overpriced. Might as well go to starbucks for airport food. The waiter automatically asks for 20% gratuity. When my wife asked for the paying machine she saw that there was a custom tip. The waiter was reluctant to give her the machine and kept watching her as she put a 10% tip. When the machine was handed back to her, the waiter suddenly became very rude and annoyed. Would not recommend eating here, for those prices we should’ve just gone and left. It is not worth the food and attitude of the wiater like we owed him money. I tipped 10 dollars in canada and they are very grateful for it. The waiter is just too greedy. What a way to end an otherwise perfect vacation.

Before our flight, we wanted to get something to eat, as we hadn’t had breakfast and had a flight ahead. Choosing food can be a bit tricky for us since we don’t eat meat, but we do eat fish, which makes things a bit easier. We didn’t want fast food, so we chose this place. I had seen some negative reviews, but there weren’t many other options.
The service was not intrusive, but the waiter did recommend some dishes and was helpful and friendly overall. We ordered shrimp noodles and miso soup. We didn’t order any drinks.
We were refused a glass of water, which wasn’t a big deal — it happens, and some places only offer bottled water. Payment was quick and straightforward.
Overall, a good experience. The food was tasty, the portion was generous. Not cheap, but it’s the airport, so that’s expected.

Surprisingly okay for being a sushi restaurant in an airport. Located right by gate 57.
We ordered the Veggie Bowl and Salmon Poke Bowl, both of which tasted decent, but not spectacular. I agree with other reviewers that the portion sizes are small for the price, but that’s to be expected in an airport.

Worse place ever, The waiter over charge me my bill was supposed to be 520 pesos he said that the machine was having a problem but he said don’t worry it happens a lot , later on when I got to my destination and look at my credit card charges a 500 bill turn into 975 pesos. It looks like he decided to put what ever tip he choose too I’m calling my credit card company and I’m reporting this as a fraud. Food was horrible no flavor, the miso soup is what I order, California Rolls and a drink how this was 975 pesos Usa $57 dollars

Make sure you are doing the math and converting pesos to dollars as most of the food here starts at $30. They charge almost $10 for a bottle of water. I was careful and did the math however where they got us was the drinks. My boyfriend ordered a “vodka sprite” and PEDRO the bartender charged him for grey goose, so the total for the drink was over $30 for a mediocre drink in a plastic cup.
Be sure to specify and check pricing before you order! Other than that, the service was fast although nothing special. I got the miso soup and the noodles were the blandest I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was also over $15 for some broth and tofu. I would have been better off buying some chips and calling it a day.

Avoid at all cost or else it will cost you a leg and an arm for very basic food. We had 3 meals waiter asked for 18% tip total of our very basic meal was 285 CAD. Amazing scam. We will be contacting our credit card company for a dispute

Right. Getting sushi at Cancun airport is not an optimal scenario. But we were tired of Mexican and burgers and general American.Miso soup was odd.
So we went with it. It was a poor decision. Both the Spicy Tina and spicy salmon had strange textures and s flavor.
