Specifically writing this review for one of the crew members Tony. I was dining in the location with my daughters and just noticed how attentive and on point Tony was. Every customer that came in, he greeted alongside with him asking customers dining in if they need anything. Will be back to this location again.

I ordered 3 bigger plates pick up online, and this was all i got. Thise pictures in individual were the 3rd items. The beef broccoli had 4 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of beef. The fried rice and chow mein was so little. Not worth it to buy again. I hope the manager and all the crew please put yourself as a customer while you’re serving. If you think you’re happy then your customer will be happy. But if you are giving this kind of treatment just because its online order and no one will see it unless you open it and check before you go home. You will feel the same sadness and regret why you order online. So for all out there who wants to order online, DONT ORDER IN THIS LOCATION!!!

Chef in training serving raw chicken, making food delivery drivers wait over 30 minutes and then almost poked his fingers in my face and threatened to call security on me when I was sitting down waiting another 20 minutes. Chef in training claiming to be manager and the front counter is the most disorganized I have ever seen. We already dread getting called to this pocation but now we know they threaten people with physical violence and serve raw chicken to customers. Thankfully before he called security I just walked out! The most careless irresponsible staff I have ever seen! Beware Salmonella poisoning from this Tropicana Ft. Apache ‘Chef in training’ pretending to be the manager threatening with violence!

Always loved Panda Express but it seems to be getting worst. Portions are getting smaller and the taste is getting oily. Make sure you chew your food and watch out for small wooden object

The reason I’m leaving this review is actually cost related. restaurants are complaining about how many people aren’t eating out anymore. it’s mostly because of the greed and overcharging of the meals. last December 2024 a plate cost $9.80 before tax. then earlier this year they increased it to $10.10 and now they’ve increased it to $10.30. so in a year they have gone up 50 cents and did it in small increments as if nobody would notice. Meanwhile the bowl is still the same price as it was last year at $8.50 letting you know they were already charging too much for that. These companies are just getting greedier and greedier and this is why we are not eating out anymore.

I ordered Firecracker Shrimp and Teriyaki chicken at this location, employee Zachary told me ”You gonna have to wait for Firecracker shrimp or go to a different location “, ..very rude, ..the waiting line you wait 10 – 15 mins for turn , and another 10 mins for them to cook food, The manager there works so slow not paying attention on service line , very disappointed with seevice and my firecracker portion wasnt even right….picts dont lie about what Im saying over this Panda location on Fort Apache…horrible service.
