Burgers were cooked so well, not dry, just right and there is some juiciness and very tender. It felt like the beef was not frozen which is a good thing. Reasonable price for the size of the meal. Try their beef burger as a starter and work your way up to the other combinations. Nestled inside the Hillsboro Downtown food cart.

Will update review when I try more of their sandwiches. I tried the Philly cheese steak and it was pretty good. The meat was plentiful and juicy, the bread soft, and fries that came with it were crunchy. The staff was friendly. Will definitely come back for more.

The Philly spot at the downtown Hillsboro station is delicious!! Sid makes a killer chicken Philly. The chicken is tender and full of flavor, bread is soft, fries are perfectly seasoned and crisp. The cheese wiz topping is a tasty addition I highly recommend.
The atmosphere of the food cart pod is comfortable and Sid has fantastic customer service. Go try it!!
