Went to waffle house in palmetto, got turned down with other customers inside which really made me kind of mad. Drove 10 mins down to this location. Friendly employees, good spirits and great food. Totally night and day. If anyone is in palmetto area please save your self the headache and drive 10 more minutes down the road. Its worth it. By far cleanest best waffle house

This was a great Waffle House experience! The restaurant was clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Lauryn had a smile on her face when she asked what I wanted to order. Anthony cooked my order EXACTLY as I had requested and delivered it to my spot at the bar. I will make sure to note the location of this Waffle House for future stops.

I was 1 of 4 people in the place, the others already had food when I came in. I ordered a sausage and cheese omelet with wheat toast no hash browns. Went washed my hands cane back looked over and nothing cooking no one at grill….the waitress comes out says sorry your food will be out in a minute then the woman working grill came out and started to make it, she was the one who was was slamming dishes in sink so loud when I entered it was ridiculous. And I know the sink is tight there and you’ll hear some noise but I worked at a waffle house for a year at the busiest times you can make it not be loud like that,
Finally the cook brings me a ham n cheese omelet with a puddle of oil under it. No toast not even the right kind. I asked for my toast , they started it up brought it asked if I wanted jelly I told her omlet was wrong but I was fine trying. She did get me my bill on time tho. Imagine that. I am traveling and worn out it would have been nice to have been treated like I was at least a little bit appreciated. I won’t ever stop here on my trips again.

I am pleased to the fullest extent. It’s thanksgiving night and I assumed it may have been a crazy mess coming in tonight but that was not the case at all. The waitress in the location was attentive to everyone at all times, was extremely nice, and did fantastic multitasking. The establishment was very clean and orderly and they worked to maintain that through the customers in and out. This is my new go to Waffle House for sure! Thank you for delivering us with a pleasant meal thanksgiving evening

Late night stop and my local Waffle House resulted in burnt food and incomplete order. Blueberry Waffle with no Blueberries. Side of bacon that we paid for wasn’t included.
See the photo of the meal they served me for full price. Did I add that I had to wait an extra 20 mins for my meal.
I will not be spending my money their again at night.
