SOMA Coffee House has always been great to my car group and I. They have been very kind to host us at their location multiple times and we have a great relationship with Nick. The quality of their food and drinks are wonderful! I always enjoy ordering their hot chocolate and breakfast burritos! The staff are very friendly and hardly made mistakes from my experience. I’ve been coming for several months now, and we are looking forward to returning for our next Cars and Coffee event!

Soma Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! The cozy seating areas make it a perfect spot to relax, while the plenty of tables and chairs ensure there’s always space for a meal or a productive coffee session. The walls are lined with great chargers, making it an ideal workspace. Their bakery selection is top-notch, and the coffee is simply delicious. Every wall showcases beautiful artwork for exposure and sale, adding to the inviting atmosphere. Tiago, the incredible manager, leads a team that is welcoming, kind, and always ready to serve with warmth. Highly recommend this spot for both coffee lovers and creatives!

This coffee shop is located in a rural area near Albuquerque. We ordered a latte and an Americano. Honestly, the coffee didn’t taste as good as what I make at home. However, the shop has a cozy, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. It’s not bad at all — a nice place to sit and unwind.

What’s the vibe? Well, it’s very laid back and chill. I live 10 minutes from this place, and I wanted to check it out. I have only been in this state for five days, but I’ll have more reviews of more places.

This place is kind’ve just out there, and it’s in a neat little shopping area. The inside is pretty nice and cute. There are some unique games and decor in this place, which I should have taken photos of.

They have a unique selection of drinks. They have a beetroot latte, latte with functional mushrooms, and other various drinks. I had to try to beetroot latte, and it was one of a kind. I liked it, and the barista was fantastic. She answered all my questions about their items/drinks/etc.

The best part tho, is the view of sandia peak, You get an amazing view right out the door. You really have a hard time beating that.

Watch out! The to-go lids don’t fit the cups very well. Just dumped part of a small coffee into my lap and all over my car. I checked, it wasn’t my putting it on wrong. It was definitely the cup/lid.

Over 8 dollars for a 16 oz chai plus a tip? So over $9 for literally the worst tasting chai I’ve ever had in my life. It tasted like peppery dishwater. I went there once before and ordered a coffee and a pastry. The coffee was barely passable and the pastry was horrid AND they gave us the wrong one. Won’t go back, don’t recommend as every is WAY overpriced. I overheard the owner talking to an applicant and t9 say the least I feel sorry for whoever works for them.

Coffee here is fantastic, food not so much. Egg bites and burritos are way overpriced for what you get. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a NM burrito that small!

I’ve become a regular at this local coffee shop in Placitas, and for good reason. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to greet me by name, which makes me feel appreciated. They also love seeing my pup and treat him with kindness, which I truly appreciate.
The coffee and food are consistently good. Whether I go for breakfast or a midday snack, I’ve always enjoyed what I’ve ordered.
The drive-through is a convenient perk, making it easy to grab my coffee when I’m short on time. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out. It’s a solid spot that makes my mornings brighter!
