I have purchased several meals and have loved everything!! I read the other review stating an issue with heating the meals. I follow the directions on the container and mine turns out perfect and evenly heated. Meats are never rubbery or chewy. In my opinion everything is seasoned just right. The portions are perfect for me and I believe to be an excellent value. The owners and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m gluten free and they quickly answer all my questions. I’m so happy Lean Kitchen is here, it’s a great addition to the neighborhood.

We stopped by here to get a quick lunch. Very healthy choices that are also surprisingly very tasty. All of the bowls we got were very tasty and healthy. Portion size is not huge like many other regular fast food restaurants but I feel is adequate for a healthy portion. Price is comparable to any restaurant food if you would eat out. Most foods need microwaved for 60-90 seconds and they have microwaves for use. I microwaved my Southwest Steak bowl for 90 seconds but would do another 30 sec next time. Just my preference since I felt my rice could have been softer and hotter. My daughter has dietary needs and having all the ingredients listed clearly is very helpful. Worth a try if you want to eat healthy.

My work training group and I decided to pick up Lean Kitchen today for lunch and we were not disappointed!
I tried the Garlic Chicken Fettuccine, which was packed with flavor. So nice to have a protein based pasta that actually looks and tastes like pasta!
My co-workers had The Chicken-Bacon wrap and Chicken Tacos. Everyone was pleased. The serving sizes were perfect and the heating times were spot on. We are definitely going to Lean Kitchen again!

The food is okay, but quite overpriced for what you get. Many of the meals are mostly brown rice from what I saw in store, and in the few meals I took home. The heating instructions end up making the meat overcooked and chewy but the rice is not always hot all the way through. It’s difficult and a pain to pick all the meat out to heat them separately.
They also need to label if something is spicy. I like spicy food, but the shrimp tacos and the sausage in the shrimp/sausage bowl are WAY too spicy. I couldn’t eat them because they were too spicy. I wish I had been warned they were going to set my mouth on fire.
They made a point of talking about how they remove old, unsold food after 7 days. That is not something to be proud of. I am not interested in getting food that is 4, 5, 6 days old, especially meat items like chicken and shrimp. For $9+ a meal I expect it to be fresh made.
The employee working was very friendly though and eager to explain the concept and answer any questions. I will not be back, and I’d suggest taking your money elsewhere.

We absolutely love our meals from Lean Kitchen! So many options and every single one was great. I’ve tried a few meal delivery companies and it’s just not the same as local, fresh meals you can pick up or have delivered. We have a newborn baby so it makes meal time so much easier! So glad to have something like this so close to us! 🙂

I love the meals here! Everything I’ve had has been very well seasoned and tastes great. It definitely doesn’t taste like the bland ‘”diet food” I was expecting. My favorites are the the Chicken & Brussels and the Baja Chicken & Carrot Fries.

Completely blown away by this place. I was expecting the southwest steak bowl I purchased to taste “healthy good”…no no, this meal was GOOD GOOD. The associate was sweet and accommodating to my questions! I can’t wait to go back and try more options! 10/10 would recommend!
