If I could rate this 0 stars I would , have no idea how you all are at a 3.9 rating. Went in to pick up my online order that was placed at 8 and went in at 9 mind you a whole hour later since estimated time for it to be ready stated 45 min I get off and only to be told that it’s just being put in the oven , my order comes out the pizza is under cooked and the order came out wrong, I ask for my refund and the man proceeded to put in the “right “ order in the oven tells me to give it 10 min and gives me the order looking the same, not complaining at this point because it’s about to be 11 pm and still have to get home and put the pizza in the oven myself. You guys need to get it together and have more rules set for these employees , everyone walking around , taking lunch , answering personal phone calls while the business phone is ringing and nobody is picking up.

Took 30 minutes to get our food. Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas, both with a side of 4 wings. Both pizzas were uncut. Sauce was half drizzled on all the wings. Wings weren’t fresh. My pizza was cold like it had been sitting out for a long time and didn’t taste right. I sent it back and asked for it in a to-go box. It came back uncut once again. Luckily it was hot the second time. Our server could use a lot of improvement and wasn’t very attentive. Not the most important part, but
the restaurant has outdated light fixtures in the seating area with bright white lighting, it just looks weird. I was very disappointed:(

I’m so disappointed in my orders these past few times that I have placed. My thin and crispy pizza always comes out raw and NOT crispy! The pizza literally droops all the down. The underside of my pizza is uncooked. I specifically asked for extra crispy in my special instructions. I love Pizza Hut but sadly I will not be ordering anymore. I had to place my pizza back in my own oven to finish cooking.

Aside from being poorly managed and understaffed pretty much every Sunday, employees on the line should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR PHONES WHILE CONTACTING FOOD.
I personally witnessed this happening and it put me off to eating there ever again.
Service was given by an untrained individual and the atmosphere was fine besides the swarm of people anxiously awaiting service or their orders, hence the one star for those two categories.
No stars for food because touching one’s phone, answering it, then continuing to make pizzas after contacting a phone, or anything that’s not for food assembly is not only unacceptable, I’m pretty sure it’s illegal and very much against simple food preparation standards. Negative stars would be appropriate for such outrageous acts.

Placed the order for a pan and stuff crust. I got two thin crust. Worst thing is that I waited an hour and a half for it. I waited at home until I got the notice that it was ready. I went In to pick up the pizza and they said it wasn’t ready. I waited 50 minutes only to get the wrong order. I didn’t open the box until I got home.

Upon arrival we were not greeted, sat ourselves after 3 minutes of just standing.. First and last time visiting this Pizza Hut. Our pizza and bone less wings were burnt.. I didn’t even have to let the waitress know about our pizza. upon delivering the pizza to our table she said we have another pizza coming for you because the sauce on this one got burnt .. 1/2 of the pizza tasted burnt. Bummer!

Got a notification order was being picked up at 8:23pm and another at 8:33 delivery (DoorDash) at store waiting to pick up my order and another estimated delivery time at 8:40…8:50…8:57. At that point I should have placed my order 3 or 4 hours I’m advance to have it delivered for dinner
This is ridiculous! If there’s a next time I’m going to pick it up myself it’s actually an 8 minutes drive

I always order on the app for carry out or delivery since my family loves Pizza Hut. This past weekend i ordered for delivery and I used my rewards to get two pizzas and I paid out of pocket for a 12pc wings plus delivery fees and taxes was about $26 the delivery driver charged me $15 even after I showed him that I had already paid with the app using my Mastercard. But his manger said I was still responsible for a $15 bal I didn’t want to argue at the moment now that the transaction is fully processed I am really upset is just $15 I get it but it’s not fair

Ordered online, they claimed they didn’t know what flavor or amount I ordered for my wings even though it’s clearly stated when ordered. Couldn’t give me the right amount, or the right flavor, or even a single decent wing. The wings had feathers still all of them.
