Spent 16$ on a chocolate pb smoothie no banana and add supplements. The drink I received was just ice, yogurt and maybe the supplements. Absolutely terrible, no peanut butter at all and definitely no chocolate of any kind. Extremely disappointing. Food and service otherwise good

Having a smoothie here is like playing the lottery. You never know when you’re going to get a good smoothie. Sometimes you arrive, have a smoothie, and it tastes really good. It has an excellent flavor, but another day you arrive, have a smoothie, and it tastes watery, it doesn’t have the flavor it should have. I think the workers here have a lack of control over the ingredients in each smoothie; sometimes they miss the ingredients that a smoothie has, and that’s why they sometimes taste so bad.

The person working the window and then the manager charged me extra for a substitution because they didn’t know how to operate their machines properly, after discussing the matter with them showing them how they made their mistake they doubled down and would not refund the extra charge. I told them that I didn’t want the order after their mistake and wasting my time. They couldn’t even refund me the entire order because of their ineptitude. They still owe me money and should apologize for putting me through the ordeal.

Horrible!!! I swear they do not pay attention to anything you ask for! Never ask for special instructions they will screw it up every single time! I will go to every other location before I will ever step foot in this location again. We asked for no romaine, no beans and no salsa. They put everything that we asked for into it and took off the jerk sauce even though we wanted that.

BUSY! This location slings the smoothies and food. Line for drive through was LONG. Ordered ahead on the app and walked in to pick up. Good quality, they have like 8 employees, just a lot of people ordering. Good work
