I ordered a gluten free pizza online with another pizza and some wings and I guess because the gluten free pizza wasn’t part of the special they were running the app automatically switch the gluten free to traditional crust. I didn’t even mention to them that the wings weren’t even cooked well enough. When I called to ask about it the manger was rude, not friendly at all. She didn’t offer to make another one and was going to charge me $25 for another one after already spending $45. My bad for not realizing the app didn’t take the gluten free, but you could at least be human about it and not sound like you hate your job.

I don’t really understand the reviews for this Domino’s. We ordered eight pizzas for a birthday party. They were ready exactly when they said they were going to be and all of them were correct. Hot and tasted great. It also looks like this location was renovated recently so it was nice inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to order pizza from here again.

We were staying at Ocean Drive Beach Resort for our high school reunion. Rain! Rain! Rain! Ordered delivery of a large “special ” pizza. Delivered hot and on time! Best pizza we have enjoyed in a long time!! Would have placed another order if we had stayed longer. Much better pizza than most specialty boutique pizza parlors!! Thank you so very much. I placed the order through the app it confirmed my order. Let me know. My order is prepped and put in the oven 15 minutes later I receive a notification that my order was canceled. They then called me and said they only have one employee so they decided to cancel my order because they didn’t have the dough to make my pizzas. I asked if it’s possible to make a different style pizza like crunchy or New York style or pan style anything. He said I’m sorry we already canceled your order. There’s nothing I can do for you. I hope you have a good night. If you place an order here, you might want to call and make sure they have enough people to make your pizza. Otherwise you might be disappointed after waiting 45 minutes For a carryout pizza

Lg 3topping on thin crust well done not burned. Was so good. Sausage, onion & xtra cheese. They don’t use those thin slices of so-called Italian sausage(i hate that). The crust was as crunchy as a cracker, just what I wanted! Call me crazy but for $9.99, they will see me again soon.

Didn’t realized they closed at 1 am, it’s usually 2 am so I placed an order around 11-12. When I got my order it was nothing but Thin crust. The store didn’t even bother calling me to ask if that was ok since it was so close to closing, I would happily cancelled my order.

Constantly have my orders canceled from here. When I tried to talk to an associate she couldn’t understand what was happening or want to figure it out. You lost my order for $50+ and im sure you’ve lost other orders because you dont want to listen to anyone. Never again.

The reviews of this place are unfair. Everyone in this location was working their rears off on Saturday 8/2 and impatient customers were making it harder. The national app gives time estimates that are not accurate or controlled by the store. Even if it says 22 minutes, the real time is like an hour. Not because they are lazy, they just have a ton of orders in peak season. Order and be patient at home. Go pick it up when your app alerts you and you’ll have a great experience. Don’t go in there and hassle the workers or manager who are all working so so hard.
Our pizza and sides were hot, fresh and tasty. These folks do a great job…just please be patient and don’t cuss out the staff. They don’t deserve to get that because you are impatient or have poor planning skills
