Best experienced ever. The lady that made me and my wifey bowl winner . It was like she can tell if you can eat or just wanted a bite . I didn’t even have to ask for more because some places you already know. So I left her a tip for lunch on me. Im spoiled its hard to put a smile on my face then bang here comes my smile and my wife smile amazed Thanks.

First let’s start with no one wears name tags so you can’t say who gave you the service. Two the young lady who was the service person had an attitude with no service with a smile the lady that was in front of me said hello no response from the server. I don’t like no one fixing my food with an Attitude. And not only that you get half spoonful of ingredients. Management needs to be held accountable for this because as long as the management allows it than it’s what you are going to get. The only pleasant thing out of the entire visit was the cashier and her partner in crime who had great costumer service and walking out the door. Sad that we get this type of service from our own people. Something has to change fast.

Horrible customer service. I walked in at 9:15pm and they close at 10pm. I greet everyone and since I’m not from this area and see everyone packing the food up I asked if they are still open and serving. I had to ask 3 times for a response. The lady packing the food heard me and even looked at me in the eye without responding. Her coworker sitting on a table replied yes we can still serve you food. I didn’t even bother since they showed no hospitality. I wouldn’t ever want to be served food with that type of attitude and work ethic

Soooo… I dunno. I dunno why this place gets a bad rep. Not sure if it’s the shift people go on, the hours or what but the couple times I’ve been, it’s been magnificent, both times.
The only complaint, was the guy working in the back was working with food, with a big beard and no beard guard on… The place wasn’t perfectly clean but clean enough. It was dinner rush, after all. The place was crowded, with a line to the door but they were moving people at a pretty good clip… The food was hot. They weren’t stingy with the meats and cheese and the container (I got a bowl), was stuffed full and hot! It was enough for me and my partner to eat out of, and both to be full. Again, no idea what the bad press is about but they’ve done me right and they’ve definitely earned themselves a loyal customer.

They gave me undercooked rice!! it was hard and crunchy, not fully prepared. The overall taste of the food was off.

Im not sure who the opening manager is but this location is alway out of product by 8 om. I’ve been here 3 times before and they were out of several ingredients. The staff blames the am prep but I blame the managers. Set your pm team up for success! If nothing is made get it done!

This chipotle has terrible service. The staff literally started putting away all the ingredients and poultry way before 9:30 when they close at 10. There was nothing left to purchase, not even rice by 9:20 because they’d rather force close than serve customers. This is Arguably the worst chipotle location in the city.

One my food arrived ice cold and when I tried to call.. there was only a robot voice secondly soad missing I called my dasher and she said they never gave her a soda my bag looked like it’s been used before I got it. Now, I try to be fair and I’m always honest. This Chipotle location is lackluster and has gone down. I’ve both ordered from Uber Eats (which is more expensive) and I’ve physically gone inside. The customer service is very unacceptable and the food portions are skim compared to the price that they want you to pay. Newsflash, we all are suffering in this pandemic and economic crisis; The fact that people still spend money out to eat to help support local businesses is a blessing. CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE! I just ordered again today ( before being completely done with this location); I ordered two chicken bowls . The food was cold and the portion looked like it was made for a toddler, it looks like someone ate out of the carton. No guacamole, which was an extra charge ..a sprinkle of cheese, no meat… It was supposed to be chicken in it … Where is the food? My order was over $40. I’m done.

BOTH THESE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE! this man in the first picture said that they didn’t have the big wrap for the burrito as they were using something else just to say I couldn’t get it then says he thought it was common sense! If you didn’t have the wrap and weren’t making them at all that should’ve been said he proceeded to curse and get upset because I told him his communication is off and needs to improve if he’s working fast food then I asked the lady whose in the picture for his name after she heard him use profanity she told me no which she can’t do and then told security to have me leave after I took pictures of them which I can do because this is my phone!
