I placed an online order for fries a quarter pounder, a large Coke and a 10 piece which all should’ve came with Monopoly game pieces. In fact, it was advertised online that I should buy these items because they had game pieces. The only item I got with a game piece on it was my chicken nuggets. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Nobody in the building speaks fluent English to even handle customer service. This is supposed to be an American fast food restaurant But I don’t see one American in sight. Pretty building but the people inside are special let me tell you. The cooks look dangerous and that’s being nice. Get real McDonald’s and hold your quality standards higher. Really upset with the establishment. Straws are paper and don’t last pass half your drink before they fall apart inside your beverage. I’ve waited inside for 30 minutes on a single quarter pounder and 10 piece. When I brought it up to the manager, she was annoyed, Brushed me off for me to wait another 15 minutes. I brought it up again and she looks at me sternly and says I told you four more minutes. Get real. Next time I’m taking my Meta glasses in there and I’m going to record the entire encounter. $13 for a big Mac meal and this picture is after I asked for the fries to be topped off. I heard the guy go over and start laughing to the manager who was on the fries station and this is what he gave me. I’m really happy we don’t get cravings from McDonald’s often but when we do, we’ll save it for the mainland or go to Wendy’s instead terrible attitude, terrible value and it’s been like that that’s why this restaurant has 2.5 stars

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I end up waiting 30+ minutes for something as simple as a sausage biscuit. There is absolutely no reason fast food should take that long, especially for a basic breakfast item. It’s become a pattern, not a one-time issue.
The whole point of McDonald’s is convenience and speed, and this location completely misses the mark. If you’re in a hurry in the morning, I would avoid this place because you’ll be sitting in line far longer than expected, or be told to pull over and wait. Management seriously needs to address the slow service here.

If I could give them a zero I would this place sucks, obery sucks, my fresh quarter pond with cheese.Look at this crap, cold as hell. I will be protesting this charge.This is the worst frickin’ food i’ve ever got in my life. I will also be calling this establishment totally unacceptable

This is not a 1 star review but a -5 star review! I’ve traveled the world and in my entire life, this is the worst McDonald’s I ever visited. The place is filthy, the staff is unwelcoming and the food is absolutely disgusting. The tables are dirty, the places smells bad and I wasn’t able to see the kitchen from the back but if the front looks like it does, the kitchen must be ground zero for the next bubonic plague outbreak!!!
The fries were OLD and STALE, the burgers had enough condiment to drown a small child and the sandwich was all messed up like it was put together by a 1 year old. Good thing I downed this slop with a Coca Cola, since the 2.7pH probably killed the bacterias trying to give me food poisoning 30 min later.
This slop went straight through me like I ate street food in India.
I would be ashamed to own, manage or work at this location. It was such an embarrassingly disgusting experience that I’m surprised this place was not shutdown by the FDA!

* 03/03/26 adding to this because we gave them a SECOND chance and that SAME lady is still employed there. Even after contacting corporate and everything, which will be done yet again. She didn’t give us two of our items, when asking for then she came very close to me and said no you didn’t. I mentioned the situation last time and she said that never happened and became aggressive getting even closer to me. When all of it was caught on video. Make it make sense. If anyone wants a description she has a lazy eye, Haitian, and heavier.
I’ve never had such a disappointing and upsetting experience at any McDonald’s in my life. I was charged for the wrong order, and when I brought it to the employee’s attention, he insisted it was what I had asked for—when it clearly wasn’t. When I requested a refund, I was told the manager refused to process it and simply “didn’t want to.”
I ended up waiting at the window for over 10 minutes, after already paying nearly $30 for my correct order. Eventually, a woman who appeared to be a supervisor or manager came to the window, speaking to me rudely and aggressively, using profanity and claiming she wasn’t responsible for handling refunds. She was clearly in a different uniform, suggesting she held some sort of authority, but refused to assist me professionally.
She took my card for 15 minutes, during which time the line behind me grew and other customers became frustrated. When she finally returned, she handed me only a partial refund of $20—completely incorrect. When I asked for the remaining amount, she said she was “done” and that I would have to wait for another manager to arrive.
The situation escalated to the point where I was in tears. I left feeling shaken, unsafe, and incredibly disrespected. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment. The behavior from this staff member was unprofessional, unkind, and completely unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this location

Ordered a 10 piece nugget for my friends brother and they literally gave us a box, with one nugget that had a bite out of it, and an open container of barbecue sauce which we didn’t even order. Like come on. That’s so digusting finding other people’s half eaten food in our bag. Do better. Check your food before leaving this place.

We enjoyed our lunch on our way to Key west. Food was on time as we ordered through the app. The app is just great to use and there is always deals going on. The view from this location was great looking at the sea. But the toilets were not well kept, ladies restroom was a mess both the stalls wouldn’t not lock and the toilet papers all over the floor.

How do you remove napkins and cashiers from the dining area? Takes 20 minutes to get the attention of someone behind the counter to ask for napkins.

I should have listened to the reviews. This McDonald’s was absolutely horrible. Drive thru took a bit but that wasn’t a big deal. However the guy that took our order was beyond rude. Didn’t hear the number I said so my husband repeated it louder and the guy got snippy with us. Then I gave the order and it wasn’t right on the screen and I said I only wanted one big mac, he said yes I know (there were two in the screen) then I asked if the discount would come off afterward since it was $15 higher than it should’ve been. He said yes just pull up and then sighed and said ‘good lord’ extremely loudly into the microphone as we were pulling away. Then we got to window, he asked what our order was, then just thrust the receipt out the window. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
