I really didn’t wanna leave a bad review but tried calling this store on 3 different occasions and flat out no answer. No matter the time of day. Here goes.
I went there Monday 02/09/26 to pick up lunch for my girlfriend and me. I ordered a number 4 combination and a grilled veggie, both footlongs. My number 4 was not only missing the extra cheese that comes with it but it was missing the extra I asked for on top of what comes with it. I even asked the lady if it had extra cheese when she handed me the bag. When I arrived home to open the subs starting with mine. There wasn’t even cheese covering the whole sub, much less Xtra. Now, the grilled veggie was literally a loaf of bread with maybe half containing a tiny bit of grilled veggies. This was a busy time for the store and I had asked for a custom sub but I tipped for that reason. I certainly would not recommend this particular store. Totally unacceptable.

Very nice, sandwich was delicious. Order 1/2 America Army extra onions and mayo. Will be opening on Sundays 11-4 super nice people, make sandwiches as you like

I called today and asked if I could make a pickup order and was told no I had to make it online, while a little upset bc I’ve done it before recently with the new management. But that was okay I was on the way there anyways…. I pull in at 11am exactly to find then closed but workers inside. So …. When I called about 10 minutes before and was told I had to make the order online… What if I did … How the hell was I supposed to get my order? Very unprofessional, very upsetting, and very much need better management then what the supposed new ones.

13 orders backed up, averaging 1 sandwich every 10 minutes. The past 10 customers have been told they are not taking anymore orders until they catch up. Took an hour to get my food, at least it was tasty.

I had an amazing experience at Baldinos Jersey Subs in Garden City! The food was fresh and delicious—exactly what you expect from a great sub shop. But what really stood out was the service. Harry and Gee were absolutely excellent, friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!

Went here for the first time last week. It was awesome! I live out of town and come to work jobs around here. I’m always looking for something close to my job sites. I was craving this sandwich all week after I had it. Came up for a job today and this was the first thing I thought of. I need this roast beef sandwich. So glad I stopped in here to give this place a try. Now this is my #1 go to for subs. These are freaking big subs!!! Come hungry!

I’m a little disappointed. I asked what the special was since it wasn’t on the board, they had to ask someone else to ring it up who then realized they didn’t have the full menu up and turned on another tv to show more menu options. When I asked about the rest of the items in the special they mumbled they dont have it so I asked to change to a full size sandwich instead. Said they’d take care of it, asked for my toppings and proceeded to check out. I did not get the full size sandwich, nor did they get my toppings correct. Communication up front was poor and unfriendly. Felt like a soft opening and everyone was still in training.

Placed a large order for company luncheon 2 days in advance paid then the day of the delivery started checking on order and delivery time kept getting pushed out so I called the store only to find out the order had been cancelled because they didn’t have the materials. The employee was rude and the so called manager was even worse my company has used used this location with orders of $600. and more at different times We will never use them again. Very unprofessional

10 out of 10 recommend! I was greeted with a warm welcome and when I couldn’t decide on which hot sandwich, The owner harry and G were also both very friendly and all smiles. I loved my sandwich with the macadamia cookie was ! Pls go check them out new management clean environment, Please disregard all the negative comments. They are great people and great owner!
