Dude . I keep trying it and hoping it gets better . I’m not expecting 5 star chefs .
Just basic consistency and cleanliness .
Atmosphere :
Walked in and counter employee talking on speaker phone or FaceTime with long charging chord hanging on counter .
Just ordered on the tablet – bakery item and cappuccino nothing wild .
I have come to work here on my laptop to focus and i must say it’s tough recently ,
This place is so gross in the dining areas . Every single table has days of grime under it . Ice machine is so loud could give you a migraine . Which is cool to have while you want to chill in a “cafe” setting .
Food:
I mean it’s McDonald’s fancier food. I stick with basic things here . They can’t be cleaning the kitchen if they aren’t cleaning the rest of the space . In the recent past they have forgot items in my Togo order,

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave it to me with a bad avocado on top. My husband took it up and they replaced it…with another bad piece of avocado. The prices are way too high to not be served a good quality dish.

The food is fine but it’s very dirty inside. My booth was filled with crumbs, the floor under my table was also dirty with trash and crumbs. The entire place needs to be vacuumed and sanitized to get rid of the unpleasant cafeteria smell. I understand understaffing but it was nearly empty so I’m not sure why this wasn’t cleaned. Also, the bathroom door lock was broken as was the hook to hang your purse.

Very understaffed or just disorganized. Unfortunately if I had a chance to give it a zero I’d would have given it a zero out of five stars.
No one at the counter and had to go to the prep area to get them to take our order. The bagels we ordered came out hot and tasted good but two of the four coffee items were empty and one of them was cold. We both had finished our meal when finally the decaf became available. Both coffees that were brought out were hot when they finally brought them out, but unfortunately we’re loaded with floating grounds. Will certainly cross this Panera Bread off our list for coming back.

Good Atmosphere. Food below average. Chicken sandwich pricy and cold , has no salad. Service unprofessional, I asked him to get the food hot he did nothing and said did you paid for the order? I replied yes. He said go to otherwise to pick it up!!!?? May not come back.

Forced to use a computer ordering system. Because of this, no question was asked if I wanted my bagels sliced and toasted. Got a cold, hard bagel unsliced. Could have done better by going to Kroger. My vanilla latte was missing the vanilla. Absolute waste of time and money. No customer service at all- how could there be when all is being relegated to computers? Give me real people with real questions and real smiles please! Never again Panera.

Their Pizza was good. The staff was helpful and polite. It took them some time to clean up after the pigs that where there to use the WiFi. As you can see from the picture they left garbage on the seat and floor.

I just want that guy.That’s behind the counter with the dark hair that made the doordash order for lanter for me today to know that he’s doing a great job. And then I can see how overwhelmed he was, but he’s doing great and I appreciate him very much. I enjoy the service every time I come in there. Whether it’s for me or a doordash order that i’m picking up and I enjoy the food and the people themselves, it’s all great.This is a great location
