For what it is (fast food chicken), it’s very good. Probably the best fast food chicken. Most locations are consistent and this one is no different. It tastes like allo the other locations I’ve been to, and that’s important.

I got in to the store at 5PM on Sunday to pickup my online order. I was out at 6:20PM. No one apologized to me for the long wait and when I asked them who is the manager at the location, everyone started to speak Spanish and no one came forward to give me the name. This location is horrible and if you care about your time and money, stay away from this location.

I checked the web site for the dining room hours which stated was open until 9 pm. I arrived at 832 pm. The reason why I needed to order inside is my work vehicle is too large for the drive thru. The doors were locked and 2 employees inside eating at a table totally ignored me! I was on a tight schedule with 4 other workers to start at 9 pm so I came to order take out for myself and my 4 workers! Thanks for the false advertising and closing the dining room whenever they want to! On a Saturday night no less! At least 2 other customers walked up and too were confused by it being closed despite the sign showing the hours and closing at 9 pm! You have no idea how much your business suffers by practicing business this way!

Look at my receipt, I asked if she can give me 6 mild Pico, 6 regular Pico and 2 cilantro sour cream ( I’m ready to pay for the cream) but when I checked my order I said this is only 4 Pico and she said yes! You said Pico and I told her yes but I need mild and regular and where’s my 2 cilantro cream and she looked passed off and she gave me only one! And not that she also very rude to the customer in front of me, the guy asked for a sauce and she said you were here yesterday and I gave you a lot! Where did it go? You threw it away?! Then the old guy said never mind it’s ok. I think this associate should have a training! I hope that she’s not the supervisor coz she not showing her team, A good manner and good customer service! You should check or review the video! This location are terrible for customer serviCe especially drive thru! They will not give you the condiment you asked for. Terrible!

There was a bug in my daughter’s sprite and I showed the woman at the counter. We were so grossed out that we couldn’t finish one whole taco al carbon and a small Coke Zero – our order was just about 20$ – 3 tacos Al carbon and a chicken quesadilla a small sprite and a small Coke Zero. I didn’t touch my Coke Zero and my daughter took two drinks of her sprite. The bug was stuck to the inside of the cup. The woman at the counter goes “oh a mosquito?” I was like I don’t know. She offered me a replacement drink. I said no I want a refund. I should have been refunded for the whole order or at the very least for the taco we threw away and the two drinks. The place was dirty. I am so grossed out. I will never go back there again. And the woman at the counter was so rude. She never apologized or said goodbye she didn’t look at me at all she acted as if she did me a favor. Never again.

El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we’ve come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won’t be disappointed!!
