Got breakfast to go. Surprising they didn’t have bags larger bags to be able to carry the food on the plane. I understand it is inflated because at the airport, but $23 for a breakfast sandwich on a flat croissant. They need to try a little harder.

Good place to grab a quick bite at the airport. Came here for lunch before our flight—we got three seats at the bar. Bartender was nice and attentive.

The Croque Monsieur was delicious! I even had the option to add bacon or avocado—opted for bacon which was a tasty add-on. Portion was huge! The others got the Flat Iron Steak Salad and Iceberg Salad with Chicken—both looked a bit dry, not enough dressing so they had to ask for more. Food came out relatively quick too. Drinks were good—they have a full bar here!

I’ve always loved this place however they wouldn’t let us sit at the bar because they weren’t serving alcohol yet. Not many people in there as it was 5:45am. Sat us at a table for two instead of a table that was more private. Then a gentleman came in at 5:56 and the lady seating people tried to put him right next to us when the restaurant had plenty of other more private locations. Nobody wants those dinky tables unless it’s last resort. He wasn’t happy because he wanted to sit at the bar. She told him No and he couldn’t sit at the bar until 6:10. Yes there was a bartender there. He left. She didn’t care. A lot of people are anxious about flying and want a mimosa or something. She was the table Nazi. Jennifer our server was great but brought us two coffees we didn’t order. The omelette was great as usual!

The food was delicious and it was convenient to the terminal.
The loss of a star was for the management. The ooor serving staff was very thin and over stretched making the service slow.

I probably would have ordered more but the slowness of the service made me run out of time.

I would come back again however.

The place is fine. But, the staff is interesting. I was in your establishment on Mon. Night. Between 5 and 6 pm. The gentleman bartender that came in was excellent. Personable. Knew his stuff. I came in there, 20 min earlier, when the blonde lady rolled her eyes at basically everyone. She was rude and disrespectful. I always tip heavy. I had two beers. Realistically, she does not deserve anything She is lucky to have her job for her terrible attitude. And I always leave positive reviews…
So management, should have a chat with her since she deals with people from all over the world. I know that I am not the first to be disrespected by her.

Someone else had an outstanding order on my QR code but the server said he was solo and couldn’t take my order. The girl next to me got personalized service. Do better. All or none on customer service. The Pinot was very good!

Great food at an airport restaurant. The Croque Monsieur was excellent on thick sourdough bread. House made ketchup and aioli for dipping fries. The burger with blue cheese and bacon lardons was also very good.

Everyone was rude from the moment we first walked in. We were instructed to scan a QR code and place our own orders, but even our beverages took more than 12 minutes to come. I can’t read the food because it still hasn’t come and now I’m concerned. I’m gonna miss a flight over. Terrible service and mediocre airport food. What the hell happened to this place that used to be my go to in Sky Harbor?

Food looked good, CRAZY expensive! The Pork Belly smelled and tasted like left over from the Holiday! Steak Frites was also crazy expensive for 2small pieces of meat. Pass in by if in Phoenix. The Brussels Sprouts were delicious?

Honestly, this was a little slice of heaven on a crazy day. The food was incredible. Well-balanced flavors that were luxurious and comforting. I have a serious gluten allergy, and the kitchen manager personally took the time to discuss food options and then alerted his staff of my situation. My waiter was also delightful and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone, especially because the prices are extremely reasonable.
