Not only was the food incredibly delicious, the service was also outstanding. We had Maria herself running the front and you can tell she runs this place with passion and heart. It’s a welcoming and warm establishment to sit down and have a good meal. Definitely recommend.

Previously known as Minas Kitchen, Maria’s has taken this to the next level. Maria’s dishes are not only authentic Spanish food with authentic flavor, the portion sizes are bigger and proportionate. The Pernil Tradiocional is incredible! A large amount of pork that comes with a side of your choicee. One of which is Maduros. They do not skimp on the portions. I also have tried the Arroz con Pollo. Excellent dish which does not dissappoint. If you are in the mood for authentic Spanish food, please, do not overlook Maria Kitchen and Mix. I believe you will be satisfied.

Not Puerto Rican cuisine. Rice and Beans aren’t authentic with Puerto Rican authentic seasoning. Usage of garlic is good in their mofongo and pork however way over the top. Filling in the fried foods isn’t well done almost raw.Google generates this address when searching for the real deal and they are getting all of the customers. Very disappointing.

First and foremost the food came cold. I live 5 mins from this restaurant. Secondly, the chicken and an old stale taste. But it looked good. I tried ordering popular menu items shown on DoorDash. Nevertheless I reheated food took 2 bites and threw it out. Can’t win. Never again

I had catered food for my son’s graduation party and was skeptical because I usually Do all the cooking to keep the Hispanic traditions of flavorful food but needed a break and Maria’s Food was a hit ! The Pernil and baked chicken was delicious ! My guest left no crumbs behind to say the least !!! Will be catering this holiday to get a much needed break from the kitchen this year thanks to Maria’s kitchen !!
