Made from scratch southern style biscuits. If you’re new to the South please give this fast food chain a try to learn about comfort food taste when you’re in a hurry. It’s become a tradition for me to make “Bo-time” a priority when traveling the country daytripping or weekend getaways. Look at the pics to checkout the smothered goodness.

And most importantly this location has friendly courteous staff.
Stop by for a win win combination.

The a.i. ordering is horrible!!! It causes confusion for the customer and the staff. I went for my mother, her order could not be completed because they were out of part of it. What i had ordered for myself was missing leaving me with no meal. The poor guy working the drive thru was trying to get out 2 orders at once and straighten out the confusion caused by a.i. he was working hard and was very attentive. I have no intention of going back there, I’ll go where i can deal with people

The food is normally pretty fresh unless its late and the main reason for the 3 star review is they never have sweet potato pies theyll offer to cook them for you but im not waiting 13 minutes for a pie

Awesome location that moves their line and is properly staffed.

Drive through was slammed as well as with inside diners and the lines were moving quite fast.

Order was correct and actually gave me sauces that I asked for. Thank you!

First time here and will definitely be back.

Breakfast all day is amazing too!

20231211 This might be my first 1 Star review. I waited awhile at the drive thru before I was helped. I ordered #13 3 piece dark meat with mashed potatoes and green beans, and a sweet potato pie. I specifically said leg and thigh after I said #13. Then I waited some more at the pick up window. When I got back to the hotel, I found chicken fingers, no napkins, no fork/spoon. Because they gave me chicken fingers, I had no sauce to eat them with. I never order chicken fingers because it’s white meat. Since it’s dark and cold, I wasn’t going to go back. Thank goodness that my dog ate the chicken fingers, when she doesn’t like white meat. It’s probably she’s hungry.

Went through the drive-thru and grabbed some quick Cajun chicken biscuits. Service was fast, and our order was correct. The chicken was crispy, breakfast fries and tater tots were warm, and the biscuits were soft.

The staff was a bit rude, in our 30 second interaction. Food-wise, no complaints. It looks like they have some great seasonal items items coming to the menu.

All in all, quick service and tasty food. We’ll definitely be back!

I was in Blue Ridge for vacation a week ago with my pregnant wife, our daughter, and friends. It was about 10 of us.

My group, which included myself, my pregnant wife, our daughter, and several friends, stood in a line of over twelve customers waiting to order for over 20 minutes. One of your employees made direct eye contact with us, then deliberately ignored everyone, walked behind the window, and began making biscuits instead of taking orders. She threw her hands up in frustration and displayed hostile attitude toward paying customers who had done absolutely nothing wrong.

As if that were not enough, the manager eventually walked in, headed straight to the back without a single acknowledgment of the customers waiting. He returned nearly ten minutes later only to state that he “just got there,” and continued to ignore the situation. At no point did he attempt to manage the line, offer assistance, or show any professionalism. The line had grown at this point

We were treated with blatant disrespect. My pregnant wife was left standing there, uncomfortable and unnoticed. This is not an overstatement: it was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered anywhere.

Your brand prides itself on hospitality, yet this location showed none. It is unacceptable. I would like to know what Bojangles intends to do to address this problem. Employees who treat customers that way should not be representing your company.

Me and my family stopped over at this location for breakfast this morning and as we where ordering the got notice to close down do to water boil advisory from the health dept. As soon as Alyssa got the call she went into manger mode and pulled her team together and they all stepped up and took care of the customers that where eating and advised them. They all started to follow her lead and shut it all down . I hope and pray that this morning crew gets reimbursed for time loss . Please come support this location they have really good people working here .

We have walked out multiple times including this morning Feb 3rd 2026.
They only take the order of one customer and serve that one customer between orders. This is a terrible setup and needs to be adjusted. I have ran fast food restaurants in the past and I never let so many people back up even at rush hours. You have 20 people in line shaking their heads because there is no service.

They prepared a huge chicken order, chili beans, and cole slaw for a church dinner. They had everything cooked and ready just as I was scheduled to arrive making sure that everything was fresh. They wheeled everything out and made life very easy that day! Great job and great food.
