Ordered 2 burritos and a kfc bowl, NO mashed potatoes in the bowl at all. Gravy fries and chicken….and I got one burrito, the woman taking orders had a horrible attitude, point blank rude. And it took them 15+ minutes with me parked waiting for 2 burritos and a famous bowl. No receipt given so I couldn’t dispute the cost differential. Overall an absolute waste of time and money. Go anywhere else.

2 days in a row where I have to ask for a new drink or all of my order I used to work at Taco bell and these 2 little blonde chicks have no respect at all, straight up.. Looked at me and said “I’m not a mind reader” and slammed the drive thru window shut. Embarrassing that I have to ask for the food I bought and the drink I bought or even getting condiments. I’m new in the area and have been disrespected twice for wanting basic common food service. Do NOT go here. I feel like calling corporate on these high schoolers.. Pretty bad they have no manners.

Food is fine. Service is just not good. Multiple customers Waiting to be acknowledged by employees. Food is handed to one customer and nothing said to other customers waiting to order. Saw a customer come in, wait 7-8 minutes and then just walk out from frustration.

Just went through the line and ordered 2 burritos, a steak grilled cheese & beefy 5 layer with no beans. The steak grilled cheese had no steak on it when I got it and the beefy 5 layer had no cheese when I got it. I tried calling multiple times & got no answer.

Waited 15 minutes for three burritos and a nacho bell grande. Only got half of that order had to go back in. The nachos were a very tiny portion not at all worth the $7 paid. 5 ppl working but it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter so I could order. Not at all customer service friendly.

Got a chicken power bowl with no rice double chicken came out to 9 dollars and some change. And got almost no food, I understand times are tough but god damn. I could have gotten a chipotle bowl for less money 2-3 times the food, better tasting, better ingredients…….

Decided to go in to order. They tossed my change on the counter and during the thirty minutes waiting everyone else was handed their change. A customer found hair in their food and the employees laughed in the back about it before fixing it. Then a lady came out joking it was hers and it was a special treat. The lady at the front register was too busy on her phone taking pictures of another employee’s butt. She then went and cleaned the bathrooms without gloves and came back out to mess with food. Got charged for an extra drink I didn’t order. And during ordering was cut off multiple times like they wanted me to end my order. Also watched them drop a pan in the trash and put it right back up and fill it with the fries. Definitely not going back to this establishment anytime soon.

The girl taking orders was rude and hateful. Very unfriendly through the whole process of taking our orders. Was rude to her coworkers when they gave her updates. Should let her go. Food order was wrong, but other workers were friendly. She frowned and gave us dirty looks the whole time we were in there.

If i could leave zero stars i absolutely would! Family went here to grab a quick bite to eat. Ordered over $40 worth of food. We sat inside and watched as the staffed played around back, dropping multiple kitchen utensilson the floor, throwing things around. Messed up multiple orders. They took over 20 minutes for our food and when I wanted my refund they absolutely refused to give it to me. I will be reporting this location to the BBB!
