First time customer at Tony’s BBQ and I wasn’t disappointed. We were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. We ordered the chopped brisket sandwiches; which were filled with of meat and perfectly cooked. Brisket was juicy and had a good smoke taste without the overpowering rub spice. I was lucky to have received a few pieces of burnt ends on my sandwich, which enhanced my enjoyment. I highly recommend Tony’s BBQ at the Laporte location.

Pretty underwhelmed with service and food. I placed an order online and when I walked in to pick it up they just handed me the food. Not hello, no thank you. They may have thought I was a food delivery, but they shouldn’t assume. I even left a tip on my pick up order and feel they should provide some level of service for the provided tip.
The brisket was subpar. The bark was thin and didn’t have much flavor. There was no smoke ring and very light smoke flavoring.
Sides were a miss too. Dirty rice was dry, and the Mac and cheese was runny. The potato salad was the best side we got.
Considering there were only 2 families dining in during lunch, they should focus on a better experience.

I am very picky about BBQ. Meaning most places leave me disappointed. Tony’s has made me fall in love with BBQ again. The brisket melts in the mouth. Awesome job yall

Food is AMAZING!!! I got an 8 oz ribeye for $21.59. Ordered medium well, steak was so tender and flavorful. Ranch potatoes are so tasty. Mac and cheese is not very good,
i’d skip that. My only complaint is the service. They did not write my order down so they had to ask me what I ordered multiple times and they would’ve got my order wrong if I hadn’t noticed. They need to have you pay and order first. Other than that, I will definitely eat here again!!!!

I ordered the baked potato with all the fixings and brisket it was soooo good. I didn’t like the sweet corn because it was sweet, but the servers were super nice!

I should have known. At lunch time the parking lot was empty. So went in. There was 1 person behind the counter. She was on the phone for 10 min taking an order. Finally she hung up and got a person from the back. No patrons in the whole restaurant. Food food looked old and undisturbed. We shoulder have walked at that point. All the food and sides were old and cold, disgusting. I will never go back there. It used to be pretty good. That is long gone!!!!

I went for two bake potatoes with chop beef. It was 7:30 pm to me if u don’t want to give good service then don’t come to work. I saw piece of brisket the cutter took out and man it look like a scrap piece. But I gave it a chance and of course it’s really nothing but chewy fat. Wouldn’t complain but it is expensive it suck to pick around for best bites. Tony’s and Kings bbq always serve crap. They don’t ever give a good portion I guess it’s a good thing cause it would just go in thrash. I don’t know anymore we try to support but no appreciation what so ever from the bbq places. Just so pissed off that if you want good food just make it yourself. Sorry to those of you that like them places but they SUCK.

Chopped beef sandwich was very good, the dirty rice was very good as well. If you’re a sweet tea drinker like myself, then you’ll like theirs. Very nice establishment and the food was delicious.
