Nice dunkin. Donuts were fresh, good coffee. Everything as expected with a well ran dunkin. But, please do something about the background music. Besides being horrible the blown crackly speakers make it 10x worse. I’d still definitely go back

This location has declined in service tremendously. I ordered the avocado toast topped with bacon and communicated my disappointment with the amount of bacon that was sprinkled on the toast. They’re charging almost $6 per piece of toast and would rather argue with a customer on how much bacon they put on top. I’ve ordered the same thing numerous times and all of a sudden the toast isn’t supposed to be completely topped with bacon. What I received doesn’t compare to what’s advertised on the menu. Serve us what we pay for.

This location should have training for their employees with an emphasis on customer service. The training should start at the top with the managers, because they clearly are not training their employees well and they don’t value taking pride in their service. I agree with the previous reviews that the staff that I’ve spoken with are lazy, not well trained, and can even be rude. I ordered doughnuts for my son’s birthday online, after I had called there first to make sure the order would even be possible. I was told to order online and they could fill it. Well…of course, I find out at pick up that they cannot fill it. No one knew how to reimburse me my money. I had to go in the next day and again, no manager present. I asked for a manager to be called off duty. The manager had to walk their employees through how to give me the money back. No apology given from
management. I went there today to get my son’s favorite doughnut since he didn’t get it the first time. They were out of the doughnut at 9am (blueberry?!) and the employee was irritated when I asked if they could verify if they at least had blueberry munchkins. Never going back to this location. We need to bring quality customer service back in our society before it’s too late.

Whoever you had on drinks today around 1pm needs to be retrained, because I’ve gotten drinks from this location many times, and they’ve NEVER been this wrong.
I ordered a frozen coffee with oatmilk and mocha, and what i received is like an oatmilk slushy with a splash of coffee. also got a refresher with tea and the strawberry is so weak. isn’t four pumps supposed to be standard on the app??

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, we go to this location there is something wrong with our order. I don’t know whether management is just bad or what because nobody seems to be trained and they all seem like they are being forced to do community service.

Weird in lobby bout 8 minutes…. had to call the phone to get my order taken. She must was in her own world bc she rang me up for stuff I didn’t I ask for. Then acted irritable once she had to give me a refund I’m still trying to understand why people work in place they have to deal with customers if they really not in the mood to deal with customers.

Holly is a terrible manager and needs to be demoted and retrained on etiquette and customer service. If it’s one thing I’ve learned in life, its not to piss off people who deal with your food. I’m not sure why I deserved her attitude for asking politely for my order to be corrected. Mobile order, 25ct munchkins, all glaze. I received glazed and powder. I returned it to the girl at the window, and she asked Holly for guidance. Instead of remaking it, Holly told the girls to remove the powder donuts and replace them with the missing glaze. Got the box back and of course there is still powder all over the donuts. I asked for them to remake it and Holly tells me all the donuts have a little powder. Untrue and what I received, was not a little powder. This is not my first time ordering munchkins. She also informs me that they will have to throw it away. Not sure how that’s my problem when my order was submitted correctly and they messed it up. After she slammed her hands on the counter, she told me to pull up and she would bring out. I refused to pull up because of past experiences where I ended up having to go inside and retrieve my order that was supposed to be delivered to me. I did not want to risk the wait since I had my child in the back seat and it was raining. So I drove off verbally telling them to keep the money and the donuts. So now HOLLY doesn’t have to throw them away. You’re welcome.
I won’t be back. She has anger issues and I don’t trust people like her to handle my food.

Worst Dunkin’ I have been to. Everyone playing around ignoring customers like we don’t have to work, including the manager. I had to wait for a guy to come out the bathrooms and assist me and I had to ask him to wash his hands unfortunately. The refund was due to them not steaming my coffee like I asked. Horrible service and lazy staff I’ll never go back
