Fish & chips were fine. The clam chowder in the bread bowl was good. What was exceptionally disappointing was the salad. I didn’t have high expectations, but for $20, I expected more than a portion the size of a side salad. Didn’t come with dressing, had wilted lettuce, and the entire bottom of container was just cabbage.

We were on a walk with our pup in Seaport Village and we’re looking for a casual, dog friendly spot to grab a bite. Marion’s patio was dog friendly and had a good view of the bay so we decided to give it a try.

The staff was super nice and welcoming, and we appreciated the friendly service.

We ordered the grilled salmon taco, grilled mahi mahi taco, and a side of fries. The tacos were just okay—not bad, but nothing special either. The fries had a tasty seasoning and were our favorite part of what we ordered.

Although the food we tried was average, the combo of the views, dog-friendly patio and friendly service made it a good experience.

Marion’s is the place for the freshest seafood in Seaport Village! The ceviche is always ice cold and so refreshing. The service is quick and the staff is super friendly. If you go there once, it won’t be your last.

Excellent fish and chips. Love the crab cakes! The family size order was enormous. We definitely could have shared one order of fish and chips instead of the family platter. The cucumber mint water is a very unusual flavor but I think I like it.

Andrea is amazing. Her welcoming smile and overall hospitality is refreshing. As is the food and the service. I had the traditional fish and chips. The Pollock fish is light and flaky. Topped with their home made tartar sauce and seasoned french fries, a true belly satisfier. Be sure to try the home recipe lemonades. Delicious!

We came to San Diego this week after moving away more than 22 yeara ago. These are by far the best fish tacos we have had. The owner was very friendly and engaging. Definitely going to come back again.

We were visiting California for work and my husband has a rule of never eating at the same place twice while traveling needless to say he broke that rule for Marion’s. The spicy fish and chips is the best we’ve ever had! This is a must stop if visiting the San Diego area!

Hands down the best fish and chips in San Diego. The fish is incredibly fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside and light and flaky inside exactly how fish and chips should be.

The customer service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel appreciated from the moment you order. Food comes out hot and fast, and the whole experience is consistently excellent.

Good order-at-counter food, passed by in Seaport Village and decided to give it a shot. Fried items were perfectly fried, fish n chips didnt really have a lot of fish in them. Still ate them though, they were great!!!
Clam chowder was okay, not the best I’ve had tbh
Kind service ⭐️

The fish and chips were some of the best we’ve ever had. And the popcorn shrimp was pretty good too! We also enjoyed the fries. We would have come back here had we tried it sooner on our trip
