Went in for a quick bit for lunch based on reviews but honestly sooooo not worth the money for me. Ordered a salmon bowl, soda and a side of edamame which came out to over $27. The salmon was a little bland but ok (took one bite before thinking I should leave a review on this place). The “veggies” were just bean sprouts with a single tiny broccoli. The edamame were tasty and likely the only thing well priced. The miso soup it came with was very watered down. The atmosphere seemed quite and well enough but staff seemed to rush guests which is odd since they were very empty. Overall will not be going back.

This is one of a few hidden gems in Bakersfield with excellent service, atmosphere, and quality of food. The dynamite roll is spectacular. The chef is very conscientious and you can tell a lot of craftsmanship and love went into each dish. Eating their alone is magical. The atmosphere is perfect for solo or duo diners who are looking to enjoy a quality meal. The service is impeccable and I felt well cared for.

My family loves this place, and for good reason! We typically get take out but this time, I dined in with my boyfriend and we went on a Tuesday night so it was um, pretty quiet. Service was attentive and food was fast and tasty. We each got a bento and had plenty to eat and take home as leftovers. Tempura here is unmatched: super light and crispy. Love the carrot, squash, and sweet potato especially.

This place is better than Jin sushi. The sushi’s always fresh and tasty. J the owner/ server who is very kind and friendly and knows all his dishes. He can suggest something amazing to help you have a wonderful eating experience. They have all the Korean beers. Family friendly and you can always find a seat. No matter what you order your food comes out at an appropriate time. You have to try the bake oysters or the jalapeno poppers. Korean style sushi, I strongly recommend this place

This is a small place. It does not look like much on the outside. However, when I walked in, I felt like I was transported into a small town in japan. It was so authentic and down to earth. I had the Island Breeze sushi roll, the spicy baked halibut roll, and the spicy tiger roll. Absolutely delicious. I was so happy with my meal. I can’t wait to visit again.

The staff is amazing. The sushi is amazing. The chef is incredible at what they do. They have a very comfy and relaxed environment that is never too busy. The service is always fast and great. I never liked any fish or sushi until I started eating their dynamite rolls. Their miso soup is good enough to cure your soul.
