Good food and garbage customer service. Too bad you can give less than one star. Wendy’s should be embarrassed about the horrible customer service that this place provides in behalf of the franchise name. 9/2/24- this location is a disgrace. Customer service is still horrible and the food was very bad. They didn’t even fill the chili up, but rest assured I was charged full price along with the rest of the items I was missing from my order. ZERO stars!

Rating is solely about food quality. The service here was very good, but my food was inedible.
Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were so dry, with such thin, flattened chicken pieces that they were almost inedible. (See pics) One sandwich had deli thin chicken and the other didn’t appear to have any. It was more like fried chicken jerky.
Is it always like this, or just this location?
To be fair I didn’t order any burgers, but if you’re considering getting a chicken sandwich, save your money and don’t.

Looks like a high-school drop out plethora…Not one staff member had gloves on I stood at the counter while the horse played and laughed around for like 6 Mins. There scratching their scalps and grabbing there clothing and not washing there hands and even the manager had no sense of safety precautions at all. I’m terrified to eat my food because of the chance at cross contamination.

Ordered 3 sons of baconators with no mayo, they put mayo on all 3. Mind you…this is after they charged us for the wrong order and I had to point out we owed more than they charged us. Tried calling 3 times to get my money back and no answer.

Okay, I know I was their last customer but I didn’t expect what I got. I ordered a baconator and a diet coke through the drive through. I paid for what I ordered. What I got was a diet coke and what looked like a cheese burger. Big difference in price! I drove around through the drive through again but was told they were closed by a recording. If they didn’t have what I ordered, all they had to do was tell me. Disappointed totally. Won’t stop here again. And I will call 800 number tomorrow because when I tried now, they were closed. Judging by the sogginess of the bun and the wrapper it was in, I got what had been sitting there for God knows how long….

The staff were almost alien-like and that they looked at me in a way as if they’d never seen another human being before.
My experience was through the drive-thru and where it was quick it was not great. The french fries are very soft, lukewarm and don’t have salt on them. My son of Baconator sandwich is abysmal.
They didn’t even give me the receipt. I find this ironic because usually my reviews are always great and I need the receipt for leaving positive information and feedback, but in this case I was going to leave bad feedback and don’t even have the receipt to do it.
Just an overall awful experience.
