We came in 45 minutes before closing time. Chairs were already on the table and we had to search for someone to take our order and they weren’t happy to see us. The guy who did mumbled and was very hard to understand. Other people had to wait while he did something on his phone. My husband asked for grilled onions on his meatball sub but they didn’t put them on it. Sandwiches were ok. Tea was already put up. If they’re going to be open until 10 they need to be ready to take orders and we shouldn’t have to take down our own chairs to sit. If I hadn’t been to other Firehouse restaurants and know this isn’t the norm I wouldn’t be back.

Restaurant was very clean and organized.Tables were wiped down and trash cans were empty. You were greeted by the staff when you walked in and staff was very helpful when placing your order. Food came out in timely fashion and very well prepared. I would recommend that you try this Firehouse subs if you’re in the area.

I ordered my sub sandwich, and it was delicious. The cashier actually went around the counter and showed me how to use the self-service kiosk. Im wasn’t familiar with these machines. She was patient and polite. My first experience at going to this restaurant was very pleasant, and im happy with the food it was delicious.

If employees were more focused on their work and not cursing every other word, maybe they wouldn’t have messed my order up. When I asked about something with my order nobody could answer but they thought it was funny. The one who fixed my order didn’t apologize or anything. Slack, I would rather make the drive across town from now on.

My sub definitely wasn’t what was advertised. It was supposed to be on a garlic roll and the pepperoni was supposed to be cooked. Quite disappointing. Service was subpar. Shouldn’t have to figure out where to order. No one was at the register. You had to order at the pick up window

Wow, by far the absolute best Firehouse we have ever visited. We travel often down 1-26 and this is always our choice for lunch, service is absolutely the best. Makaila the manager has been there for our last 2 visits and we enjoy our lunch every time – keep up the great work!

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat on Sunday. The service was incredibly slow. It was not that busy and it was still probably 30 minutes from when we ordered until we got our food. We thought this would just be a quick stop on our roadtrip but were mistaken. The food was what you would expect from a firehouse. The cookies (chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin) were not very good at all. I would not return here.

Horrible experience, We were not greeted by anyone. We stood at the front counter for a few minutes and no one came, I saw a young lady and said Hello and she said hello kinda rudely. Then she said people are at the front. No one came still, some customers sitting at a table informed us that they were taking orders from the counter(seemed odd and weird). We went to the counter still not greeted by any of the 4-5 employees that were back there. The lady whom I guess was running the others took the order, did not want to repeat my order. Took them about 15 mins to make the small sandwich. They all seemed confused, it was not packed I’m not sure why it took so long for one little sandwich.
I hate to say it, but seems places that are run by certain people are always run like this. I will not go back, not sure why or how they’re still open. I guess people just want a place to eat, there’s not a lot of Options in Orangeburg Sc.

Good at firehouse is always good, but when the service is laking it makes you wanna turn and walk out. No one greeted me, I stared at a young lady until she asked if I was ready to order. The prep girl kept her gloves on using the card machine, my card was greasy when I got it back, and I had to ask her to change her gloves before making my sandwich. ATITUDE is all I got. But I was wished a good night Let do better ppl. If you don’t like your job there is someone else wish they had one.
