Ordered a takeout medium, 5 topping pizza. Didn’t get one of my toppings and the pizza was undercooked. I wonder if it was because I didnt tip, because one of the workers immediately went back to the guy making my pizza and he said “she didnt tip”

Hannah was amazing—super polite, cheerful, and so helpful during our visit. Our pizzas came out piping hot and perfectly made thanks to Jesse in the kitchen. Both of them made our moving/cleaning day so much easier. Great service all around!

Staff, food, dining area was all amazing! Atmosphere only gets 4 stars because the bathroom was a bit of a wreck. Recommend and would definitely be back!

Really bummed. This pizza hut was always my preferred pizza place because they have the best barbeque-sauced pizza flavors, which are my favorite. Except the last two time’s I’ve ordered some kind of BBQ pizza, I haven’t gotten the BBQ sauce. The first time I didn’t get any sauce at all, and tonight they just put regular pizza sauce on it.
Please, if you’re out of the sauce, let me know so I can cancel it and not waste $10-$15 on a pizza I don’t want. Dominoes isn’t my favorite, but at least they give me what I order.
Editing to add: I think someone has a vendetta against bbq sauce. Just opened my bbq wings and there’s so little sauce in here that my wings are basically dry.

You ever hear of a Pizza Hut that refused to make stuffed crust? Me either… until I went to this Pizza Hut… that’s insane… I’m pretty sure the employees just lied to me because they didn’t feel like making Pizza Hut’s iconic signature product. They were very rude employees. Absolutely terrible experience.

Pizza was great but my twelve piece of wings included two wing tips ( which is not really eatable) and one piece that seems to have feathers on it.
