Such a warm hometown environment, inside is cozy, outside is well shaded and dog friendly. The staff is kind and welcoming. I had the Hooligan Red and the Ladder Dog IPA, both were very good, the IPA was quite refreshing on a warm day, not overly hoppy. The garlic butter cheese curds were delicious! We also had the pretzel, Cesar salad and BLT all were good but average. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would give an overall 5 star experience.

This place is amazing! Toni, Rob, Meg (the seasoned veteran) and Meg (the young up and coming rookie sensation) are fantastic! The beer is some of the best I’ve had for such a small brewpub. While all their beer is exceptional I took a serious liking to their Ladderdog IPA. The perfect mixture of fruity meets hoppy. If you find yourself in or near Dayton you have to stop in. The pizza is delicious! I was on a birthday vacation to do some hiking in the area and decided to stop in. This place is worth the trip from the Tri- Cities just to go have lunch. Outstanding service from the entire staff. Can’t say enough good things about this place

Passing through Dayton looking for lunch. A friend recommended Chief Springs pizza. So glad we stopped, late afternoon so wasn’t real busy. Pretty close hands down some of the best pizza, better than the chains. The crust was just right, not too thick (heavy) or too thin (not too crispy). Definitely plans on stopping next time through.

Comfortable and inviting right on Main street. The staff was friendly and the service was quick and efficient. If you want a good meal in a great atmosphere this is the place for you. We enjoyed the pizza very much. The beer brewed on site did not rise to the level of quality however and we will pass on that next time.

Nice enough little brew pub in Dayton. Not a lot of competition in town so hard to rate as the best but the place is clean and the service was decent. Beers were pretty average tasting. A good place to stop and wet your whistle when passing through but you won’t likely be raving about it the next day.
