Dear Domino’s Customer Relations Department & Teresa general manager I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed at your [6300 NE 117th Ave Ste B8 Ste B8, Vancouver, WA 98662·0.9 mi] store.
On [December,22,2025], I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and requested that it be cut into squares. The order was placed online, and I made sure to include these special instructions in the notes.
However, upon picking up the pizza and bringing it home, I found that the pizza was cut in the traditional pie shape and did not have the extra cheese as requested. When I contacted the store, I initially spoke with a staff member who was very respectful and understanding (I think she said her name was Abby). Unfortunately, my experience with the general manager, Teresa, was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and working to resolve it, Theresa questioned the validity of my request and dismissed my concerns. Teresa told me that the order I placed is indeed what I received, and that there is no option available on the online order to specify how I would like the pizza to be cut, which is all quite far from the truth. She further mentioned that this conversation is being recorded and that I have the option to escalate a complaint to corporate if I so choose.
I believe that my experience could have been handled more professionally and with more empathy. Instead of an interrogative approach, I would have appreciated a genuine apology and a willingness to correct the order.
While Teresa did eventually say she would send me a coupon as compensation, I wanted to share this feedback to ensure that future customers have a more positive experience.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and asked for it without bell peppers, but they were still added, which was very disappointing!
I also noticed the staff weren’t wearing gloves, masks, or uniforms while preparing food, which raised concerns about hygiene.

They get a star for online experience. Although this online ordering isn’t as easily done because of the fact it’s easy to get the order wrong which could cost the consumer more. Also, one star, the same star, for the good delivery service.
The Philly Steak pizza was with a 50% off coupon. I gave them another chance with my business. My first experience was receiving a pizza with little meat and cheese. A few mushrooms instead meat. I got this order today, Philly Steak and Cheese…no Philly meat that I could see. The rest was good but I don’t like mushrooms. They had more mushrooms instead of Steak. Totally not worth it. They give good coupon deals but they don’t lose any money but probably get a tax deduction for these deals without really giving the good deal.
My experience every time has not been very good with quality. The servers were good. The delivery was good. I guess they should get 2 stars maybe..but this reveiw is for quality of food, not the quality of service.

Really wonderful customer service, they went above and beyond. When there was an issue with my order, staff answered the phone promptly, were very friendly, and kindly got the issue resolved for me. The pizza was delicious and I really want to thank the team at this location for being so helpful.

They should stick to making pizzas. With that said, the overall expectation was met. They lost a star because they barely put any meat or anything on the chicken parm sandwich and the wait time was a lot longer than the order ahead said. 20mins longer. The staff was working very hard though and said New Year’s Eve is their busiest day of the year. The restaurant seemed clean and there’s plenty of space to sit and wait or tons of parking as well. The pan pizza that has the cheese that goes to the edge was really good!! Price is right.

I really wanted to give 3 stars. However, the employees were really friendly. Trying to order online wasn’t working as was trying to phone in an order. I do not want to order through a bot voice. I hung up and the store called me back. It took 3 tries to get the correct price. Food was decent and employees were nice so 4 stars.

Kayla answered promptly and cheerily when taking my phone order. She was very helpful in explaining the current specials and offering suggestions on toppings that pair well. My pizza arrived quickly and my delivery driver was extremely professional, prompt, and respectful. The pizza is a good value for the price.

I did a little wall art on the chalkboard. Pizza’s were ready quickly and off I went.
