Daughter and I had famous bowls. The chicken was old or overcooked as it tasted rubber like. The fountain machines ice maker was not working. The bathrooms have seen better days as well.
Despite there being next to no customers in the place it took them a while to take the order. Order was served in a bag not even on a tray.

My husband picked up the 8 pc leg and thigh special. When he got it home, it smelled burnt. We had to peel off the crust to even eat it. It was so bad our hands smelled like it.

The food was horrible, to say the least. I ordered three chicken strip dinners and everyone’s chicken strips were super salty. We waited a while for our order in the drive-through. The service was not very good. It was like we were being rushed, and I cannot tell you what the atmosphere was because we didn’t go in. We went through the drive-through. When I tried to call the store to let them know what was going on no one answered. I do have my receipt. I will be taking it back and letting them know have they answered. I would’ve brought the food back right then, but no one answered. Needless to say, I’m disappointed.

Ordered the three piece meal, chicken and wedges both were overcooked close to being burnt. Cole slaw was not the usual good slaw. Even the tea was like syrup it was so sweet. Not a good experience. I will try to take it back tomorrow.

Went to order Sunday for dinner 3 piece dinner original chicken. Mashed potatoes with a drink etc paid every bit of $12.00 for this meal. Get home the taste is HORRIBLE! Omg absolutely horrible the grease was very very dark and super old smell and tasted like LAST YEAR GREASE I literally got some napkins tried to get the grease off the chicken definitely not fresh at all I was given old chicken . I drove 20 mins for this meal lost out on gas and money for a meal . Came back letting them know what happened and even showed pictures they said they understood and replaced the meal with no problems but now same situation very old grease I asked for original got something else instead it was very dry and over cooked they was rushing don’t at this moment I just left I don’t think I will ever be back.

1st time here! We came around 11 am on a Monday and it wasn’t busy at all. We went through the drive thru and it was quick. I got the new chicken wrap combo! It was so good! You get two wraps, fries and a drink with the meal. Definitely recommend.

Horrible. The manager, Sabrina has no understanding of leadership. I asked to speak with someone over her. Sabrina told me that her superiors never come to the store, so all complaints will likely come to her. Shame on you KFC superiors.
