I came to pick up a DoorDash order, and the stud who was finishing her floor, I guess, looked at me and said, ‘What do you want?’ I understand I may look young, but even if I were a child, that was completely unnecessary. Then, when I walked out, she said something to her little friend—with the extremely small Afro ball or bun, I couldn’t tell—who also works there. The team definitely needs to improve its professionalism. If you aren’t happy where you work, GO FIND SOMETHING ELSE!

Horrible experience we waited almost 30 minutes for a chili dog and a blizzard, and then we were wondering when we were gonna get our blizzard and they said “ we ran out” literally after we have paid for everything. Didn’t give us an option for refund or a free food item. extremely Unprofessional . Would give zero stars.

Ordered 2 strawberry malts. Made both of us sick to our stomach halfway through. Went to pour down the sink and both had something dark (chocolate and nuts?) crumbled . Malts tasted more like frozen ice with cream mixed in. Will not be ordering from this DQ again.

Horrible service the speakers on the drive thru suck waited 20 mins for one burger might as well went and sat in restaurant if I was wanting to wait 20 mins for a meal the fries taste really old and half cooked for the store to be as empty as it was the food could of been cooked properly and out quickly

Lost my business. Ordered food & ice cream. Asked specifically to upgrade kids’ treat to a blizzard. Everything was correct on screen. Got food but not ice cream. Checked receipt, but no ice cream shown. Got back in line to order ice cream again. Paid. And waited as multiple people after me got their ice cream. Waited 30 minutes and wasn’t helped or acknowledged. Just stared at.

I came here due to the relatively high reviews and also because I was already on this side of town. I drove up to the drive thru to place my order. The young guy said he couldn’t hear me. I am soft spoken so i do understand me sometimes needing to speak up more. So, I ended up repeating what I said for the 3rd time a bit louder. Only for one of their lovely employees to mock me! They’re night time employees are very rude and unprofessional! I ended up just leaving once the car in front of me drove off. Never again.
