Food is always made fresh to order. The owners are amazing and the service is always excellent. Their prices haven’t gone through the roof like many other places. It’s a very nice, comfortable place to get lunch and relax. Pictured is the chicken salad sandwich with curly fries. Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu! They also have amazing homemade desserts!

New to working in the area and was looking for some lunch. Stopped at a pizzeria across the street and it was closed. I came across the street to Diamond Deli instead and I’m glad I did. Not many places like this exist anymore. 2 ladies were in there and they were as sweet as can be when serving. I’ll be back.

I went to this restaurant for lunch. The owner was the only one in the restaurant. It is decorated with a lot of old Bellefonte memorabilia and framed clippings, as well as a tribute to the great group The Mills Brothers. I ordered a Diamond Club sandwich with a side of curly fries. There are no printed menus, just what is written in on the chalkboards. The sandwich was excellent and they also serve breakfast from 8AM to 11AM.

As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a timeless diner that seems very down-to-earth and old-fashioned. As less and less restaurants maintain this kind of feeling, Diamond Deli has become somewhat of a rare gem in today’s hustle and bustle kind of aesthetic. Every time I come here, I feel like I’m at home. The food is just as well, you can’t go wrong with a classic burger and fries from this place. The prices here are as easygoing as they can get in this economy, I can eat here fairly often.

I got a turkey/bacon club and curly fries. I have to say, this was the largest club I have had in terms of meat around here. It had to be 3 inches thick. I really enjoyed the quality of ingredients and the fact that it didn’t fall all apart when eating it. I got a bite of almost all ingredients every bite. The curly fries are curly fries, they were great. I would definitely go back.

Amazing food!!! Home cooked and fresh!!! Great prices!!!! Very friendly and speedy service. Definitely a diamond in my book. Love the old fashioned feel and historic pictures of the downtown area. Also love supporting local businesses. Great place for a quick breakfast, lunch or dessert!!!
