Cozy coffeeshop with lots of indoor & outdoor seating. Helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere! I ordered the Mexican hot chocolate, which was good. Drinks mostly come in 12oz or 16oz so just specify which you prefer. Street parking is very limited so you may need to park a little farther away and walk.

I Did a little research on coffee shops that stayed open later. (Tupelo coffee & roasters stays open until 11pm) I Found this coffee shop online and decided to head over for a late evening matcha! The matcha wasn’t as sweet as I was hoping it would be but the added toppings made it Yummy! So including the convenience of time, I also loved the setup of this coffee shop! There’s a mixture of tables and sofa seating inside and the space itself was quite large which I love so much in coffee shops! There was space outside as well but as we head into the winter seasons that’s a lot less ideal around this time. I will probably visit this coffee shop in the warmer seasons so I can check out their outdoor seating. Going later in the evening also allowed for a non packed sit down smooch and that was quite lovely!

A quiet spot in East Sacramento that’s perfect for working, coffee meet ups, or grabbing good coffee on the go. The cappuccinos here are my favorite, but the Wisteria Latte is something extra special for a treat. Keep an eye out for seasonal coffee and tea drinks, they are always tasty and original.

It definitely has that Sacramento vibe. Coffee was great, the barista obviously took pride in his work. Could probably benefit from a sweep/vacuum and the register person was very preoccupied but maybe that’s the charm. I’ll go back

I used to love coming to Tupelo over the years. Practically everyday I was there during college. I had not been back in about maybe 4 years because I no longer live close by. However, today I was close and feeling the need for a pick me up. So I came by also with the idea Id hangout and work on my laptop like I always do. Everything went sour from even before I ordered. I dont have the baristas name but he was a male with a pony tail. As soon as I get to the register to order he is busy on his phone. Says hes been looking at too many screens all day. I brush it off and place my order. I went to go sit down and then I realized I needed the Wifi password. I go back up to him and ask if he knows the Wifi info. He tells me “no its down.” Im shocked because there are numerous other patrons on their phones and laptops clearly on the wifi. I ask him again, is the Wifi somewhere labeled. He tells me “no i dont know the wifi I just work here.” I glance and notice the Wifi labeled on a sign to the left of the register. Now I understand this guy is likely overworked or understimiulated being the only barista working at this moment. Regardless Tupelo has lost its culture and clearly is pushing drinks instead of quality service. Even though I told him I was drinking it here, he still went ahead and poured it into a plastic to go cup. So he doesnt have to do more dishes? The drink itself tasted mid and look nothing like it used to. Not surprising the internet connection had zero issue. I was disapointed enough to write this review.

I’ve been to Tupelo Coffee three times, and unfortunately each visit has been very different.

The first time was great. I really enjoyed my iced mocha. On my second visit, though, my customizations were mixed up and the drink came out much sweeter than I’d ordered. I decided to give them another chance, but my third visit was the most disappointing. They served my iced mocha hot by mistake, had to remake it, and the final drink was overwhelmingly sweet, so much so that I couldn’t even finish it.

It seems like there’s no consistency in how the drinks are made. Sometimes it tastes like they’re using powdered chocolate, other times syrup, and the sweetness level changes dramatically each time. After three tries and giving them multiple chances, I don’t plan on coming back. And I paid about $18 for 2 drinks.

Tupelo has good coffee and seating inside. The baristas are friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The cup of sole isn’t my favorite item but its really popular. I do enjoy their lattes and the atmosphere here as well.

I usually do not write reviews but this was the first time I visited this establishment the website said it closed at 11pm and I trusted it so I drove to the place and as soon as I walk in no greeting instead I get shouted at from across the room we are closing in 15 minutes! When I say shout the place went silent and my sister dad and i were stared at it was so embarrassing. And I said sorry we just want coffee to go I understand closing time can be frustrating but so is driving somewhere and turns out the time listed on the website was wrong. We try to order and i ask for a mocha and he says i could if i had chocolate super sarcastically and many items were sold out again this is my first time here so i did not notice the menu right away. When i realized more things were sold out we decided to leave and my sister heard him say “thats what i thought” under his breath. I dont want to make it a race thing but we are very visibly not white he was tall white bald some facial hair. I understand there are bad days but this made me not want to visit this place again and warn others as well.

Amazing coffee and amazing service! My absolute favorite is their chamomile “Bowl of Soul” tea. Their lattes are phenomenal and pastries are pretty good.

Nice spacious area. Outlets are everywhere so you can bring a laptop and study. Can also catch up with friends here. Coffee is okay. I got a blueberry scone and it was a nice flavor and texture but it wasn’t mindblowing. Dogs are allowed but just leash them and control them. There are cute succulent planters inside too. The benches are beautiful as well. They play music so bring your own headphones if you want to listen to your own music. Cleanliness and atmosphere is 10/10. Wifi actually works and I connected very easily.

Would come again to study or get work done!!
