My friend stopped by Burger King tonight and asked me to leave a review on my Google account since he knows I have a strong reputation for reviewing restaurants and local businesses.
He stopped by this Burger King tonight around 10:20 PM, and even though there was a bit of traffic, the nighttime staff was absolutely amazing. Every worker there was hardworking, kind, and incredibly patient.
Even when there was a small mistake with my order, they remade it right away with a smile, like it was no problem at all. Their attitude and professionalism really stood out.
I’ve been to a lot of Burger Kings, but this is the first one where every single employee was so genuinely nice. It honestly reminded me of the level of kindness and service you experience in Japan.
Because of the incredible night crew, this is the only Burger King I plan to go to from now on. I truly appreciate all of you and the hard work you put in tonight.

Stopped in for a Free Whopper with purchase of drink and fry from previous purchase. Great staff working as a team and service. Clean Burger King. Whopper was great joined with Hot fries.

What did you do to my food??? I always have the royal spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato or lettuce from Burger King and I’ve NEVER had this happen before… I was begging for my life on the side of 70W while I puked up my intestines just an hour and a half after having this food. I didn’t have anything else after that. Once I finally reached home I abandoned my child and fiancé in the car so I could run inside and have the most aggressive throw up of my life. I’m sure all my neighbors could hear me dying in here. It feels like someone took the fires from Hell and put them in my stomach. My throat burns. I feel weak and sicker than a dog. I was supposed to study college tonight, but I feel like I’ll have to lay in bed for a while to recover from this. I will NEVER return to this establishment again after this!!
Not only this, but the wait for this food took an absurd amount of time when you consider the quality that I was given. If you’re going to have customers waiting for so long you could at least give them food that doesn’t make them feel like you’re trying to kill them!!

I used the mobile app and ordered my burger plain with cheese. I got home and it had pickle, lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup. I also ordered my son’s crabby patty meal plain. It also came with lettuce, onion pickle ketchup on it.. the lettuce that was on my burger was also brown will not be back.

I was very upset at the moment I complained to what I was the manager here at this location and she was very very helpful with it and ended up actually refunding me my order so I really do appreciate everything she did. I would recommend just going to eat here just because of her.

DO NOT GO TO NEW BURGER KING. I expected so much better. I got takeout through the drive through 30 dollars for two meals and they got every single thing wrong. Not to mention i had to wait an hour in the drive through line so my food was ICE cold. Nobody in there looked like they wanted to be there. It was like do your job level impossible.
