I have been coming to this subway on my lunch for well over a year but that ends today. The food has always been great and the staff friendly. The prices are unreasonable but that has nothing to do with the associates so I only come if I have coupons. Normally I use the code on the coupons to place a mobile order but the page that was sent out a few days ago no longer have the codes. You can only use them in store. After I have ordered and I’m checking out I was told that they do not accept coupons. I have to order through the app to receive the discount…. with coupons that you can only use through the app that have a code… that no longer have codes . Once again not anything that the associates have control over. I do however believe a note needs to be posted that people can see BEFORE ordering. Especially before you’re cheated out of food considering I ordered an American Club which comes with extra meat and cheese that I did not receive but did not complain about it since I thought I was about to get almost a 50% discount.

Sent my husband in to get order our food and he called me to ask what I wanted and the lady who was taking his order was SO rude. She kept back talking him and give so much attitude. Kept asking questions and complaining about them when it’s HER JOB to ask what he wants in his sandwich. Overall think they can all get some better attitudes

Do not eat at this Springville AL location. They do NOT accept coupons that Subway sends out! Not friendly either. We do not eat at Subway without coupons! Too expensive.

there was two girls working this night. Me and my mom came in my mom wasn’t feeling well and she passed out and threw up (the first time I know of) and those girls didn’t hesitate they made possibly the scariest night of my life a little better. Thank you so much girls, yall did an amazing job and deserve a raise! I work in food aswell and I know I would’ve froze but yall didn’t . Thank you so much

We typically go into subway during the day, we decided to grab sandwiches for dinner which was a huge mistake. I went in to get 3 sandwiches the customer in front of me took a few minutes as the two employees kept going back and forth talking the the managers husband (according to employees) who was behind me in line. Employees were continually talking to husband of manager and not focusing on customers already in line. 20 plus minutes later sandwiches were made and I was finally ready to go. The husband of managers sandwich was almost completed before mine and he was in line behind me. As I was paying the girl said “you can call back on Monday to complain “, I said jokingly why is the manager back on Monday she said yes. The husband of manager says if you need the manager I can get her on the phone now or even the owner, again not sure why this was even mentioned. It tells me they know it was not good service and I could feel free to complain that it wouldn’t matter to management or owner.I like subway and prefer this location but other locations close are more professional acting. Also, the customer in front of me ordered a drink with ice they told her to go next door to mcdonalds they would give her free ice if she told them she was from subway. The food was ok but the atmosphere was something if i were the owner or manager ai wouldn’t want happening in my business. I know that all the subways have cameras I would encourage the owner to watch the video it was around 6:40pm on 6-2-23.

Very a disappointment to find out that the subway in Springville will no longer accept and honor coupons. The coupons that come to us through the mail. I have a large family and can not afford full price of $10+ just for a basic sandwich times 6. The coupons make it feasible for us to enjoy subway on occasion. It is very upsetting that we will no longer be able to eat there as we all loved subway.

We walked into the subway and no one greeted us. My friend was scared to ask for the things on her sandwich because the girl was being rude and not talking at all. We asked for it to be toasted but she put it in for what looked like 3 seconds because she didn’t want to wait the whole time. She also said she liked her bandana and the girl still had no response and just gave her a dirty look. And she wasn’t wearing any subway attire so I don’t know her name. Would definitely not recommend going there.

Clearly there is no training at this location and the availability to order on the app shouldn’t even be an option. Your food will never be ready (or even started) by the time you are supposed to pick it up. You have to get in line and will be told that obviously you should see they have to serve the lunch rush before they can get to your order you placed 20-30 minutes prior. The girls say they don’t know anything about the app nor have they bothered to look at it or the website. They don’t know how to use the register to ring things up properly if you opt to order when you get there – so watch closely. Also, they are going to ask you everything you want on the sandwich or in your salad even though it’s printed right in front of them. Did I mention rude?
