Stylish, dimly lit Japanese haunt serving creative sushi & kitchen entrees plus sake & cocktails.

We ordered vegetable fried rice, yum yum sushi roll, vegetable spring roll, and the wings on the appetizer list. The only thing edible was the vegetable spring roll. Everything else had a strange taste to it. Either old ingredients, not fresh ingredients, burnt cooking oil. Something was just off. Will not be returning, ever. Waiter was friendly. Presentation was great! Plating on the plates were the highlight

The food was delicious! We ordered a bit of everything.. appetizer was great. Sushi was amazing, and the ramen was so good!! I would say service could be a bit better. We didn’t have any water refills until the very end of our dinner as we were about to leave. I would come back sometime again for the food! Definitely recommend anyone to stop by and try their food!

The staff was great, there was two people checking in on us throughout our dinner. The decor is cool and definitely a Japanese vibe. The table lamps and cups were cool. It’s a nice example of what life is like in Japan. We had the king tuna, Philly roll, ramen and spicy tuna roll. The sushi was quality, fresh and tasteful. The Japanese beer I had was a nice change of pace and overall I felt like it was a visit to Japan. Worth a try if you have not been and are thinking sushii, ramen and other sides. We would come back.

This Japanese sushi spot is a hidden gem. The place is really nice, cozy and authentic, with a calm vibe. I’ve been coming here several times over the past two years, and it never disappoints. The sushi is super tasty, fresh, and always prepared perfectly, definitely a 10/10. Service is fast and friendly every time. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality sushi in a quite, out of the way location.

I absolutely love this sushi restaurant! Their Dragon on Fire and Cupid’s Arrow rolls are my absolute favorites — so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The chef puts so much care into every dish, and the servers are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time I come here, the experience is amazing.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great sushi and great service!

The ambiance here is romantic and perfect for date nights, with an intimate and charming atmosphere.
Food:
We tried the Cupid’s Arrow roll, a delightful combination of lobster salad, scallops, crab meat, and their special sauce. It was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The Dragon on Fire and Godzilla roll were equally impressive and did not disappoint.
Drinks:
I tried the red sangria, which was strong, flavorful, and well-balanced—a definite highlight.
Price:
While the prices might be on the higher side, the quality and unique flavors make it worth the splurge.
Downside:
The only letdown was the wasabi sauce. It tasted cheap and didn’t match the high quality of the sushi. A more authentic or premium wasabi would have made the experience flawless.
Overall, this is a great spot for a special night out. It’s highly recommended if you don’t mind splurging a little!

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a delivery. No napkins no chopsticks! One container of rolls had no ginger or wasabi the other had like 2 slices of ginger! 1/3 of soup liked into a plastic bag! Rolls and cheesecake came warm cuz they put it together with hot edamame and soup mochi melted! Edamame has some chunks of noodles how disgusting! I called the restaurant they hanged up twice on me and said there was no manager on shift in the end the manager called me back saying they are having some sort of difficulties like what difficulties can stop you from separating hot food from cold and putting chopsticks and napkins and giving ginger and wasabi how rolls can even go without ginger and wasabi! Manager told me that apparently I was supposed to request chopsticks napkins and a spoon for my spoon is it a joke? What im supposed to have chopsticks of my own?

Absolutely delightful experience at Sushi Train! The ambiance is serene and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The sushi was incredibly fresh and artfully presented, with flavors that danced on the palate. Standouts were the Dragon Roll and the Sashimi Platter, both bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent service without being intrusive. The attention to detail in both the food and the overall dining experience was impressive. Highly recommend Sushi Train for any sushi lover – a true gem in the city!
