waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich that was wrong whenever I told them how it was incorrect and I talked to the GM the employee who is right there in front of me says to the GM “it was just missing lettuce” however it wasn’t..I’ve already waited so long, had to turn around to get it fixed, and on top of that it seems like they just slabbed down frozen chicken on the grill and then moved it on to the bread once cooked. It was like a block of chicken.

Good subs when they make them right. I’ve ordered the #13, club supreme, three times which comes with bacon and mayonnaise on it. Neither time did we get any bacon or mayo and 1 time they ran out of white bread. I complained and got a replacement which also had no bacon or mayo. I’ve quit going there at least to this location. They can’t make their own menu item right so why go.

Food was great. The workers were working on too many orders at one time. So they weren’t really focused on the customer in front of them. Which was not good. They almost gave my food to someone else. But I caught it before they did. Waited longer on my husband’s sandwich. They just seemed a little disorganized. They were all friendly though.
