To the Management/Ownership Team,
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the operations at your Pizza Hut establishment. As a customer, it has become increasingly clear that this location has adopted an “anti-dine-in” attitude that has persisted since 2020, and the current state of the business is unacceptable.
The environment is actively unwelcoming. Despite lights reportedly being repaired or replaced recently, the exterior and interior lights are purposely left off, making the establishment appear closed or abandoned. It feels as though the goal is to deter customers from entering.
Furthermore, the logistics of visiting your location are a disaster. The parking lot seems to be in a constant state of repaving, yet there is zero communication regarding this inconvenience. There was not a single sign apologizing for the disruption, nor was there any direction provided. I was forced to trek from the street just to enter the building to place an order.
To make matters worse, upon entering, no staff member apologized for the inconvenience or acknowledged the difficulty in accessing the building. The staff demeanor consistently suggests that dine-in customers are a burden.
It is my strong opinion that this location requires a complete management and ownership revamp. You are failing to provide basic hospitality, and the lack of courtesy regarding your facility maintenance is disrespectful to your patrons.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate changes to become a welcoming business again. Lastly the pizza i ordered yesterday was awful. What a shame to the brand.

Tried 2 times in the last month. Not flavorful at all. Skimpy on everything. Also bought 2 different kinds on bread sticks and NONE of them we cut into sticks, just a loaf of bread I had to cut. Over $8 for one bag of bread is too high. Renovations look good but the food is the pits.

There’s one employee who skimps on the sauce almost every time. I always order extra sauce, and almost every time she’s working, it’s bone dry.
Listen, if I wanted just cheese and bread, I’d get cheesy breadsticks.

Went there again for the first time in over a year. The owner remembered me and made sure my order was done right. That alone is deserving of 5 stars.

Ordered a tavern style square cut pizza with double crisp pepperoni and mushrooms. I received a thin and crispy triangle cut pizza with hardly any pepperoni on it I guess yea better check your pizza before yea leave.

Wow pizza has been spot on! I had been craving Pizza Hut but was reluctant to try it, knowing that so many locations are subpar. My family and I have picked up several weeks in a row and really enjoyed it! The staff inside are always on it and super friendly. It’s becoming our weekly tradition. Still miss the ole’ buffet though . To the owner: keep up the amazing work!

I used to dine in, but I waited for my pizza and ate in the car. It was delicious! Loved it. Under $20. I will be back. Really good sausage too. I’ve tried others around town, I particularly like the pizza hut style.
