Asked for an extra most bestest. They give me a thin crust. When I try to call, nobody will answer the phone. I was just there, it was NOT busy. Can’t use up anymore gas to go back. The girl that gave it to me didn’t bother to even look to see if it was the right one. Just grabbed it and handed it to me.

New review 6/28/22- picked up pizza, we go home to eat and my husband goes to bite into his piece and FINDS A LONG BLONDE OR RED HAIR BAKED INTO THE DOUGH!! We call the store telling who we assume was the manager, we request a refund he tells us to take back the pizza which we do and gives us a refund. He then proceeded to tell us not to ever go back in to that store! No apologies just a smug attitude. We wont be returning to that place regardless of his request. The kid cutting pizza has never handled a pizza cutter before. When shown the pictured pizza, the staff looked at me like this is normal. Worst part it, it is normal for them.

Extremely bad experience. 9:50 pm. They said they were closed. I told them they they shouldn’t close until 10:00. One employee said they they were out of bacon so they turned the ovens off. I told them that I didn’t want bacon, and that I just wanted a pepperoni pizza. Another employee said they turned everything off and started cleaning because they wanted to get out early.

During my husband’s call to place an order, Esther abruptly hung up on him mid-order. Upon calling back and successfully placing the order, I expressed my dissatisfaction with Esther’s rude behavior. In response, Esther shifted the blame to another person.

This location has changed a lot. Cashier’s are rude and looks like they are unhappy working there. One of the employees has a long nails, I was hoping she doesn’t lose one nail while packaging the pizzas, I did have to wait for the hot and ready garlic cheese bread not ready, the first cashier took long time to come back to take my order. While waiting I watch that the online orders go out first then the walk ins. I go there because the price, the food is good and portion for one person are great. Just my experience. Next time I will do online order.

In ordered online but realized I’d picked the wrong location. I called them to cancel and was on hold for 30 minutes listening to a 5 second automated message hundreds of times on a loop that they would “be with me shortly.” They can’t even pick up the darn phone and during that time on hold I got a message that my order was ready. Why can’t they pick up the phone in 30 minutes? And their little 5 second loop playing incessantly that they would be right with me is so annoying. $50 down the drain. They should change their automated message to “No one is going to pick up the phone and you are wasting your time so just hang up now!”
