This location is fantastic from the moment you enter. You are welcome with the biggest smiles. The staff is amazing, especially Makenna, and listened to your needs. Went here for lunch on 9/5/2025. Got there about 12:30 p.m. Be aware they are open from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. then reopen at 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Closed on Mondays. Always check hours for updates. They had great reviews so we decided to check it out. Ordered the Whoop Roll $17 & it was delicious! Husband ordered the Chicken Katsu with veggie fried rice $16. I ordered the Shaken Choice Beef with steamed rice $19. Both were cooked perfectly ! Chicken katsu was super crispy & not greasy at all. Veggie fried rice was great. My shaken beef was the best steak I have had in a long time! So soft & tender. We couldn’t have been happier. Very satisfying to have food done right. Chopsticks are at the table I didn’t see actual silverware or plastic. I had some in my purse . She was busy & I had some. They have coca cola which is a plus since I hate pepsi. It is fountain. I would prefer can or bottle but that is just me. Our waitress was Claudia & was very attentive. Even when a bunch of people came in after us. She was the only waitress. Our total bill was $56.29. Of course we tipped very well over that. We don’t live in this area. Only come in when we are going shopping at Costco. We will be back anytime we are in town!

First time here but I will definitely be back! This place was excellent! The waitress was very nice and attentive, always checking how I was doing and keeping my glass filled. The soft shell crab appetizer was very flavorful and the oil must’ve been very clean because there were no heavy crossover flavors from other foods. The Ponzo dipping sauce accentuated the flavor of the crab without being overbearing. I was also fortunate to be the first to try a new sushi roll being added to the menu. The Triteast Delight Roll. This roll is like no other I’ve tried before. It was packed with large pieces of raw salmon and tuna with flame-seared escolar(white tuna) across the top of each piece and garnished with caviar. This roll tasted amazing and ate like pieces of steak. A very hearty roll, even for a big guy like me. It was definitely a premium roll but this roll, alone, is making me already plan my next trip back here, and I’m still sitting in the parking lot writing this first time review. lol Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

We just had the best dining experience we’ve ever had here. The sushi was absolutely incredible — hands down the best we’ve ever had. The presentation was beautiful, the complimentary tea was such a nice touch, and the entire atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was so attentive, kind, and made our experience feel really special. You can tell they truly care about what they do.
If you’re looking for a great sushi spot in College Station, this is it. We cannot recommend it enough!

The staff was very attentive and welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It’s a wonderful experience eating here, especially when the chefs are given the freedom to create art on a plate and the chefs are considerate and listen to customer preference on custom rolls. Presentation, creativity and friendly and personable chefs and staff are all high points that will heighten each dining experience to Michelin Star levels, at least in my opinion! I bring in family and friends every opportunity I get! Would highly recommend eating here when you have the opportunity! They never disappoint!

This place is fantastic! Service, food, and atmosphere were all top notch not to mention they offer %10 off for 1st time customers! The crispy bacon fries were surprisingly good as an appetizer, and the Good Bull roll with Doritos is also surprisingly good and not something you would expect from a sushi restaurant. I included pictures of everything we ate. I will be back! [1 year later: I have been here more times than I can count and have literally never been disappointed. 10/5 stars!

My family and I visited Blu Fin today on a recommendation from someone in a group. We are sushi aficionados and have eaten at restaurants all over the country. The experience today was one of a kind.
The menu options are plenty as they have a little bit of everything for everyone. Our server Gus was ON IT! We didn’t have to ask for anything the entire time we were there. He was extremely professional and polite with a mixture of good humor and fun. Sam the owner, was the first owner/chef to EVER come out to our table and engage with us during our visit. He ensured that everything that we received during our visit was perfect.
We ordered multiple items from the menu and the presentation upon delivery was like nothing that we’ve seen before. It made you want to devour the entire dish and leave nothing left behind. Sam was even gracious enough to customize sushi rolls for our 9-year-old daughter to ensure that everyone had an opportunity to experience what the restaurant had to offer. She was even intrigued by the battery-powered lights that changed colors on the dish. The freshness and the taste of all of our dishes were incredible!
The overall vibe, selections, and staff was more than impressive and has now gained our trust and all of our future business!
