This location has significantly declined over the past two years. It was once an excellent spot for hot food and fresh fries. Now, it’s a place where customers are met with unfriendly service. After speaking with an associate, it became clear that the store’s decline is likely due to its FAMILY-Run management structure. The GUERRERO family holds key positions, including Regional manager, Assistant manager, three team leaders, and four crew members. This lack of diversity may contribute to the store’s poor service. On every visit, I have experienced slow service, soggy fries, and incorrectly prepared burgers. It appears that the store’s staff only provides adequate service to certain demographics, specifically Asians and Caucasians. However, all customers deserve equal treatment. As a Colorado native, I am disappointed by this experience, which has led me to take my business elsewhere. I will spend my money at establishments where I am valued and respected as a customer and individual.

This place has gone down hill & I only eat here when I’m in a rush because the lines are short. Well, lines are short for a reason. And should’ve listened to my gut and not eat here. Inside of this restaurant has been disgusting so just imagine the kitchen!! Order a chicken sandwich meal and thankfully during the first bite I noticed a black speck on my sandwich… it was a BUG! In my food! They just have a disregard for cleanliness & sanitation! Corporate is “working” on a refund.

Just wanted to say Collin P. at Good Times really made our visit great. I went with my kids, and he was super cool and helpful the whole time. Honestly, it made the whole experience way better the food was great and fresh, but the way he treated us stood out. He definitely deserves some recognition he’s a great worker for sure.

Swung by late night for a burger. I got the Big Daddy bacon burger. Pretty good. Kinda dry tbh but could’ve just been the night. Service was great and there was little wait time. The fries were good and the dipping sauce was good also. Burger 6/10 and fries 5/10. Overall, satisfied with this place considering food for price.
