My wife and I have been regular customers of Giant Pizza for quite a while, I am disabled and have a limited menu of what I can eat. Salad is always a good thing. We have never had an issue until last week. When my wife got home about 9:30, we opened the Salad and found it to be nothing like our previous orders. It was missing all the croutons, next to no cheese, cucumber, onions and tomatoes. I called the store, spoke with a woman who really did not care when I told her and she just said “Sorry” and that was the end of the call. On August 7th, my wife went into the store and spoke to a manager and he basically called her a liar. She showed him the photos and treated her like trash. He said you should have come back that night. I was not going to send my wife out at 10:00 PM to replace a $10.00 salad, spend more in time and gas plus it was dark and your store is not in the safest of areas at night. The funny thing was, two weeks earlier, I called the store and left a message that we really loved your food and please let the owner know. My wife actuality met Richard the owner later in the week and he thanked her for saying what we did. So, Richard, you need go get rid of that manager because once you make a customer look somewhere else, you have lost him forever. There are many places we can get a good salad, Unfortunately, it will not be from your store anymore. What we don’t understand is that we had photos and all the manager had to do was say sorry and we will replace it. Good Custom,er Service will never fail you. So now, you have not only lost us but we will tell others. If we were treated right, we would have posted an excellent review and told others that this store is the place to be. Honestly, what does your salad cost to make? $3.00 -$4.00 maybe? So you lost a good customer for 4 bucks. Tell the manager he did a great job…. NOT. BTW Joes Pizza and Pasta is much closer to our home and yet we went to your store. No More.

I order a medium supreme pizza in
10 barbecue wings. The food tasted a week old. The was so hard in the toppings tasted stale. The wings tasted like they cooked them 3 days ago in finely got a sale on them. Obviously this place doesn’t care about impressing their customer’s with fresh food. That was the worst $45.00
I have ever spent. I would have been better going to Publix in buying a frozen pizza in picking up a box of chicken.

A small family business that really stands out for its consistency and commitment to fresh ingredients. I ordered a pizza to celebrate my son’s birthday, and Roxanne and Richard totally surprised us! When I opened the box, my son’s face lit up. It was such a sweet touch that made the day even more special, and we didn’t even request it. It’s rare to find a place that’s not only consistent with quality but also makes you feel so welcome.

Just got home with our pizza not too long ago, we ended up waiting a whole hr even though I called it in, the girl I spoke to said it would take 20 min, we got there in 30 min only to be told the pizza is still not ready, waited 30 min more and had to call them to see why it still wasn’t ready, because my husband was the one that went inside to get it, then she said it is ready only when I called. When we got home the pizza was cold . I have a feeling it was ready the entire time, we don’t feel like driving back. But they could of at least reheated it before giving it to us. Normally we have no problems and the food is good quality, but today it was very disappointing.

Great tasting pizza, always fresh and quick. The cheesesteak was great also, they use purple onions which is interesting. this is a consistent place if you want some American Italian food.

I feel bad for the people that had a bad experience here. We stopped by looking for large NY style pizza and this place definitely fit the bill. They also have plenty of other items that we didnt get to try but will when in the area again. The taste reminded me of Sabaros but better. When using the brick oven you get that slightly charred crust and it makes it taste authentic. The size of the pizzas is almost comical and the price is too good to be true. Italian ice was pretty good as well. 5/5 will definitely return again

Called to let them know there was sharp plastic in our pizza. The original girl that answer just said oh and seemed annoyed and had nothing else to say. I then spoke to a manger who already seemed to know there would be plastic in the pizza due to the utensil they cut the garlic with. I did tell them I didn’t want a refund and atleast received an apology from the manger. Threw 50.00 worth of dinner away and now going somewhere else to feed my family since this isn’t edible.

I have tasted the pizza from a few places in the area, and this place has the best. I ordered the Supreme with garlic, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms and spinach. What a treat!!!! All ingredients fresh. The taste of the cheese and the dough was on point. The lady that took my order was quick and very professional. Will buy here again.

So this is my favorite pizza places, it’s as close to New York as I can find. So when I went in today and saw they had Sicilian pizza I was thrilled. But since not everyone eats that, it looked dried out so I ask if they could put alittle sauce on it for me. Well they came back and informed me that sauce would cost extra. So a teaspoon of sauce on some dried out pizza is extra?
The next time you hire sixteen year olds, please teach them what is the right thing when serving customer. I say this as a previous owner of an Italian restaurant. You need to do better, how much is a teaspoon of sauce?
